Our upgraded room gave us more space since we are attempting to relocate to the area. Hotel Central staff (Hassan) was very helpful and informed us about Nimes and provided useful information to us throughout our stay. His morning coffee was great, and both morning & evening conversations were friendly.....thanks!

We could have used a mini-fridge or coffee maker in the room. Very slippery floor in the shower room, so should consider providing shower mats or a non-skid solution.

Excellent location within very easy walking distance to the attractions such as the arena. The host was so very nice at reception. He even came outside to help us scope out a parking spot out front for a van that we could use overnight. A huge kudos to him!!! Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Excellent location: everything just a few minutes walk away, plenty of choice of bars and food, blessedly peaceful. Helpful staff, decent breakfast. Recently refurbished to an excellent standard, with a lovely little bathroom. Comfy bed.

The room was just about big enough and the furniture standard - bit short on hanging space - but everything you needed and everything in good order.

Parking was in the public lot. Which was better than nothing. We had assumed it would be nearby. We received a key but had to come Back to the hotel and return the key. The fact they provided free parking was great, just not easy and difficult to drive to. Otherwise hotel was good quality for price and location.

Excellent location and very comfortable. Also very tasty breakfast available for 10€. Particular thanks to gorgeous Hassan on reception for being so kind and helpful.

Only one thing, it would be nice if the floor of the room was swept. Everything else was super clean.

Parking in Nimes can be complicated but it is ofourse the same challenge for hotels close to city center

Although very clean, room smelled a bit musty.

the stuff and the hotel manager are very helpful and welcoming, hotel’s place in the downtown and the service was very good.
