Beach front. Our 2 bedroom unit face the sea so it has a really nice view. The unit is also clean, comfortable and well decorated. We did receive extra access card so it was not a problem for our family to move about as highlighted by previous guests

Cooking is not allowed. The stove was taken out and stored/dumped in one of the kitchen cabinet. The housekeeping was not done daily and this is not stated in the booking.com description. There was also only small rubbish bin in the kitchen, so it gets full quickly for a family of 4. We asked for extra garbage bag but it was never sent. We would like to suggest that the management of the unit put extra garbage bags and toilet rolls in the unit based on the number of people and the duration they stay Though this not the fault of TimurBay by Seascape, we found the elevator/s wet because other guests used them with wet bathing suits. So perhaps the complex management should strictly enforce the penalty ruling. Tolong siapa yg baca ni, kalau mandi tu, kering kan dulu baru naik lift ye!!!

The property was very clean upon arrival. Very spacious for a family of four. All the electrical equipment, i.e air conditioning, iron, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, etc were all in great working order. There are shops and many food outlets nearby too! I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to the customer support team, as all were very courteous and supportive throughout our stay.

There are no complaints. Just as a suggestion, for person like me, who is claustrophobic, a ceiling fan in the living room and/or bedrooms would have helped me a lot as I do not do well with still air, when we prefer to have the aircond off.

This ia my 2nd time book with Timurbay by Seascape. This time I bring my elderly father, sister, nephew and niece. The security and receptionist are friendly and very helpful. Feels really welcoming everytime we stay here. The unit with pool view is suitable for family with kids because the corridor's sliding door is directly facing the swimming pool so it's so easy for kids to play in the pool. The shop nearby are great too. There's TMG express to get everyday needs, coffee shop, restaurants and many more.

Celcom line a bit challenging when staying on the ground unit. Luckily free wifi provided.

Checkin and checkout was smooth. Property is very near the beach. Security is good, there is access card to go up the floors, and the main door has pin access to open. Pool is great, can swim until 10pm and water is warm even at night, feels like it is heated pool. There is gym and sauna available although we did not try to use. Room is clean and got microwave, smart tv, water heater, fridge and even washer/dryer. There was slight issue on the balcony window as it doesnt lock properly at first but the staff fixed it asap within 30mins. Overall, it was a great stay and will definitely be back again in the future. Highly recommend.

Would have been better if there is water filter for safe drinking. Also, would have been better if the property can put up food options inside until 8pm so we dont have to order by grab delivery. Nevertheless, there are plenty of grab delivery options, just that you need to wait for delivery time and the delivery charge can be a bit pricey.

When I entered the room, everything seemed fine—the view and the arrangement of the furniture were all in order. Everything was good. However, just 15 minutes later, when I turned on the light, the trap was triggered. I contact the host. They sent a technician to inspect the situation. After 15 minutes, we moved to the next unit, which had a better view since it was closer to the beach. We were more than happy with the change. My point of view is that they responded quickly and helped us right away. The swift decision they made allowed us to move to the new unit in less than 30 minutes.

The location is excellent, right by a beautiful beach with numerous activities. The facilities at the Seascape are also good, featuring large swimming pools and a dedicated parking lot. Right outside the property are some convenience stores and eateries. The apartment itself is excellent, with a comfortable bed, washing machine/dryer, microwave, rain shower, and lots of space.

The property locks the gate to the beach at 10 pm, which is a bummer since one cannot do any late-night strolls on the beach.

• Location - Awesome views with beach access and 25 minute drive to the town. • Convenience - Shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance • Awesome pool area. • Clean apartment and comfy bed & pillows. • Housekeeping and Management were very responsive and sorted out any issues we had.

• Cooking is not allowed for short stays, which is strange as other places allow cooking. If this does not change, perhaps provide toasters for guests to use.

The unit I stayed 2bedroom was clean and comfortable. Apart from no broom and mop, everything else is great. My suggestion is to provide a set of broom and mop for indoor and another broom for the balcony. Ppl like me dont like to see any dust or sand in the unit so I’ll like to clean up everytime we come back from the beach. Maybe provide a cleaner sponge for dishwashing, hand-soap and extra toilet tissue (there was only 1).

Overall, my stay at TimurBay was pleasant. The location is great, especially with plenty of eateries nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable — a perfect place to relax.

While the overall stay was enjoyable, there were a few areas that could be improved. The pillows were a bit too firm and high for comfort, the sink was slightly clogged, and the shower knob was not functioning properly. Additionally, it would have been helpful if tissues had been provided in the room (B-26-03A).

The location is strategic as it is not for far from town. There are many stalls or food cafe / restaurants along the way to Kuantan. Should be no problem for you having breakfast, lunch or dinner. I hadn't had the chance to go to the beach, but it seems very near to the residents. My view to the beach is somehow shielded but still visible. From a far, it seems to call me to go but at that time, I needed rest for tomorrow appointment.

The parking or route to the parking is somehow very narrow, it shows by the scratch at the wall. You need to be extra careful to go to your parking lot. There are ample parking lots during weekdays, but you still need to park at your designated parking only.
