Parking is not happy. The nighttime park behind the hotel looks not safe no security. Please look into it.

The room and bathroom were spacious. Air conditioner worked well. Bed was huge and comfy. Breakfast was good although it was basic and simple.

Nothing. Everything was in perfect order. Possibly to take note: the hotel doesn't have a designated parking lot, so patrons will have to park by the roadside. Don't forget to pay for parking lest one could be fined by the authority.

location..near farmacy,restaurant and 7e...

overall is ok but the lamp is not so bright..i prefer white lamp compared with yellow..also housekeeping is loud in the morning and quite bothers me..also all the door is loud..

The receptionist was so nice. Easy access. In the middle of town. Easy to get food, U should try lamb fried rice which is located in front of bangunan umno/maybank (at night, near taman kerang). And also the tauhu telur there. Will definitely stay here again..

Very convenient near the town center. Easily accessible to many places in Kuantan.

Room toilet provide was a little smelly. But management change me to a different comfortable room. Thanks to the front desk staff.

i was expecting breakfast is buffet style.. but they serve individualy..

Overall good but a few accommodations need to be upgrade eg, lift, breakfast menu, hairdryer

The location is close to the city, save us time to visit the local attractions.

The toilet was smelly, but it was ok if you shut the door when you’re in the room.

Breakfast was good. It could be better if more choices available.

Serving is fast, didn't have to wait long. Staff were friendly
