The staff was super helpful in giving us suggestions on where to get late night food and what parts of town would be good to hang out in.

There werent any cups provided in the room at all. Not glass or disposable. There was also no pen or paper provided but no biggie we just happened to need one something fierce during our stay. The breakfast was cold by the time we got to it at 9am but the coffee was great and fresh.

The location valet parking is so expensive $47 US per night our car park by the hotel it should be complimentary for the guest . No coffee maker in the room I get it there was a carafe in the lobby with hot water & coffee but they were cold . Staff are not friendly. Washroom was clean but can be more cleaner if they clean the bathtub corners. Body wash was by the sink it should be put with the conditioner and shampoo. Differently go back to this hotel .

We never ended up making it in time for hotel breakfast, but the location being downtown is very nice and easy to get to the concert venue I was attending downtown. Our room was very cozy and it was nice that parking was close.

The bathroom light seemed to be controlled by the main entrance light, so I couldn't turn the bathroom light on without waking up the people I was sharing the room with because it would illuminate the room.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the gentleman cooking had a wonderful customer service personality. The decorations are very lovely and modern. The room was cozy and the temperature was perfect. They have a snack and food area to purchase items, which is nice because there are not many convenience locations close by to do so. This is in walking distance to the Target Center, so it is a great location to stay at to go to shows.

The room menu said that you could purchase alcoholic beverages but they did not sell them there. There is no parking onsite, so you have to locate one of the various off-site parking garages in the area and pay additional fees to park your vehicle.

It was a comfortable place to stay. Beds were good. The rooms were a little tight, nice bathrooms. Average breakfast. Hotel is downtown, not a great view from our room as we were right next to a tall building. We slept great and it was quiet!

Parking was expensive. Bathroom was mostly clean but could’ve used a deep clean.

Hello. This is one of the most excellent hotels my husband and I have stayed in. The hotel staff is friendly. The room was clean and warm. Breakfast with good choice. You can pass the time playing billiards or in the gym. We really liked the location of the hotel! If we are in Miniapolis, we will definitely stay at this hotel! Sincerely, Lana and Paul Pausig.

The location is amazing. The city is easily walkable and there are plenty of parking options around.

The AC was set on freezing and you could not control it. So we had to use heaters and extra blankets in August. They said it was a failure in the AC and that it wouks fix itself. It dis not.

Our room had everything we needed and was very quiet.

Finding out we had to pay for valet parking AFTER we booked the room was disappointing. Also, 4 employees came and took over the breakfast area so we had to wait for them to finish before we got to the pancake maker.

I was greeted at the front desk by Dani.. she made sure that I was well aware of the area and all Minneapolis had to offer.. she was funny and was very attentive to my needs and any questions I had..

If my stay was longer.

I liked the location of the hotel. Close and walking distance of a lot of shopping. Near great restaurants and bars. Main purpose of being in the area

The room we had were above the children we had traveling with us. We asked for a room next to each other and it was not accomdated. There waas a sock under neath the bed my children slept in and found it when looking for my child's toy meaning room wasn't cleaned,
