Beautiful location, well maintained gardens with beautiful flowers, friendly efficient staff.

The hot water supply in bathroom was not satisfactory given the cold weather. The food quality needs to be looked into.

The staff here are so attentive and so accommodating. It is a really wonderful experience to stay here because of the staff. Another aspect is that the gardens are so beautifully maintained and the heritage cottage itself is stunning. The rooms are spacious with a wardrobe space and seating areas and the bathrooms are ample in size also. The property is in a beautiful location and it is a lovely 20 minute walk into the town. The kitchen oven buffet evening meal and buffet breakfast which was delicious with a wide variety of choices..

I had a wonderful experience at Mirage Kings Cottage. The staff was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were so well taken care of at Mirage. They treated us with so much generosity. They lit a fire for us when they don't normally because of our special request and made our stay so comfortable and always helpful and kind. They gave me flowers in a vase for our 20th Anniversary and Congratulations given by all staff. Definitely recommend this place for the historical and beautiful location it is and wonderful staff.

Lovely location with a well mainted garden. The hotel had a lovely view for morning walks. The staff were veryyy friendly both the reception officers as well as resturant staff. Even the manager was very kind and looked after us very lovingly. We just soent one night but wish we could have stayed for longer but due to lack of time failed to do so. Would recommend ordering for a la carte menu rather than having buffet for dinner.

It is a beautiful lodge in a beautiful location, 10 minutes walking distance from city center and near some nice eateries. Clean, green, big enough for groups (I travel with 12/13 people each time) with enough twin rooms. Nice restaurant and breakfast.

Room was spacious, breakfast was good and the hotel is located on a beautiful property with good facilities.

In the room we stayed in (kings villa) was quite noisy when other guests walked past as the floors were unstable
