We love the space, cleanness, yard and food in the hotel. And all very value for money esp during Christmas season. You can also reach to multi-cushion restaurants right cross the yard. We enjoyed the free happy hour 5-6pm everyday too!

Room service can be improved as the staff easily forgot what we need after the call, eg, we need couple of glasses, but then it was forgotten. But it’s acceptable thinking it as a busy season.

Wow…what a hotel!! First of all, the staff cannot be more helpful and friendly. Always smiling and willing to assist you in any needs. TOP. Then the hotel itself. Brand new, TOP condition, cool modern vibe, nice rooftop, and great location. The rooms are large, with high ceilings, super large windows, big bathrooms, and nice amenities. You cannot ask for more! The pool is on the 3rd floor, and is perfect to swim. It even has some jet streams to relax. And to TOP it all off…the amazing breakfast. I have been to plenty luxury hotels and luxury cruises…and I thought I had seen it all. But not a breakfast like at the Kimpton. You are blown away by the variety of high quality products, the superb specialty coffee, the friendliness of everyone that works there. I definitely will repeat a the Kimpton the next time I am in BKK!

Extremely nice and well thought out design - down to the floorboard night light function in the room. We were provided a nice crib for our baby, as well as bathtub, soap and even a child toothbrush and toothpaste set! The gym was very well equipped and the spa was luxurious. Every restaurant was excellent 🤩 Centrally located without the hustle, bustle and noise. The location was perfect for us with a view of Lumphini park and a short shuttle ride to chit lom skyline stop and a dozen shopping malls, including Siam Paragon and CentralWorld. There’s also Velaa shopping centre just outside the hotel with a grocery store, a pharmacy, a dry cleaner, and over 20 restaurants, bars and coffee/tea shops.

The elevators seemed to skip us for reasons we don’t understand even after a weeklong stay.

That's a very modern and stylish hotel in a nice green area with many good spots wihtin walking distance. The facilities are very nice and the brekfast is amazing - it feel like a Michelin star restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful

while the rooms were very clean you could still feel you are in tropics, as I discovered a cockroach running in the living room of our suite

What a fantastic hotel with an amazing team of people working for them!! Many thanks to NJ and the chefs… the breakfast and dinners were so good that we did not want to go out and eat. Thanks to the information girls Pai and Oui who were very helpful and nothing was too much for them…they even did our check-in with the airlines!! Kimpton Maa-lai believe in heartfelt connection and providing space where you can feel your best in mind, body and spirit. Well we certainly felt all of that thanks to their staff. We cannot wait to come back for another stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will be recommending this hotel to friends and family! Mayuri and Nitin

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kimpton Bangkok, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the incredibly friendly and professional staff, who made us feel welcome and at home. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were always on hand to offer assistance or answer any questions we had throughout our stay. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The attention to detail in the cleaning and upkeep of the room was impressive, and it was always a delight to return to such a comfortable space after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. in the morning, we were spoiled for choice with fresh pastries, fruits, hot dishes, and more. Dinner was equally impressive, with a menu that showcased both local and international flavors, all prepared to perfection. The dining experience was enhanced by the attentive service from the waitstaff, who ensured we had everything we needed. Overall, our stay was nothing short of excellent. The combination of a welcoming staff, superb facilities, and exceptional service made it a memorable experience that we can't wait to repeat. Highly recommended!

The stockroom is an amazing add to the hotel the breakfast was spectacular and the stations of various food is exceptional. We liked the lobby and the outside area We liked that the hotel has mist things that you might need such as stain remover, pads, nail polish remover all free of charge! Spa was a relaxing experience Loved the rose petals and the pieces of chocolate The infinity pool was exquisite

Room service slow Room cleaning was not that much Shower head is not stable and there was a leakage from the shower to the toilet sear! No near by shops! The bar workers on the 40th floor were rude and didn't allow us to set were we asked! The

Spectacular 10/10. There are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket at Sindhorn village which is within hotel’s vicinity!!! The hotel provides shuttle service to the nearby BTS, if you don’t mind walking, it’s pretty safe and it takes less than 10mins to the BTS and there is a central mall and a smaller mall (mercury) at chitlom BTS if you are lazy to travel out! It’s just a stop away from SIAM BTS. Super convenient! The area is extremely safe and it’s all the upscale condos and hotels. for family with children, there is a harbourland indoor playground 6mins walk away! service is impeccable from concierge to room services 100% commitment to good service ! Oh yes, the breakfast , one of the best international breakfast buffet, we stayed for 4 nights and didn’t skip a day breakfast which is rare !

IT’s too GOOD to be true!

The housekeeping exceeded my expectations! I didn't expect them to even help me coil my cables and wires!

The room was a bit too costly. The TV channels are quite boring to me, could have been better if there is option for Netflix. The pillows are the kind that is sinking in and I am not a fan of those. The hotel did not allow me to use debit card as deposit for the room charges, I was quite shocked and disappointed as I have to go down to B1 to use the ATM for cash payment instead and had a surcharge as it is overseas usage. Not sure if I was being too sensitive, I feel that the hotel staff are prejudiced. I have been ignored while I was standing at the concierge counter for awhile until I went to speak to them…
