Excellent location, right in the center of town. Super well priced, rooms have everything you need in them. Easy check in and check out, everything supplied that you could want in terms of soap and stuff. Nice warm blankets too!

It's a very old place, which isn't to say it's bad, it's just obvious, and its about one of the only things I can think of to put in the "what didn't you like" section. the TV in the room is very small, but, really, who cares? The "worst" part was probably that the walls are very thin so any noise around was quite audible.

Don't be put off by the location, this motel is lovely. On arrival we were warmly greeted by a friendly staff member. Parking right outside your door where the sweet scent of the lemon trees wafts around your room and the bright and appealing pool. The groundsman was busy with the upkeep of the garden. The room was very stylish, spacious and clean with a king size comfortable bed and modern bathroom arrangement. Very short walk to McDonald's for your breakfast or a morning stroll to the main street for shops.Would recommend.

Well located, soft feel swimming pool - no harsh chemicals, comfortable bed, spacious room with everything that we needed for our stay. Surprisingly quiet considering its location near to town, parking available although tight for an SUV but manageable. Very clean room.

Bathroom door would be better if a barn-style sliding door it takes up less space. For me always a decent pillow option (four pillows on bed) perhaps each could be different, pls provide a latex pillow in the option.

It is close to everything, meaning I could walk to most places. The staff are always very helpful and go above expectations. Nothing is too much to ask of them. The bed and the pillows are so comfy, I slept like a baby. The tv is fantastic, we watched movies and played some games (Halo). Everything was really clean. The shower has been upgraded since last we stayed. Fantastic! Minimal noise from other guests, too. This place is our go-to.

Fabulous location in walking distance of the centre of town. Friendly staff who are local and know the answers to questions. Being a motel, we could park right outside the door. The rooms have recently been updated and are fresh and clean. It was unusually hot the days we were there, so we appreciated having not only a split system air conditioner, but a ceiling fan as well. Although we didn’t use them, a kettle and microwave would make it possible to have simple meals in the room. This was our second visit to Ringtails and we would definitely go again. Our purpose in visiting Busselton this time was to see family, not hang out in a resort, so Ringtails provided all we needed, at an affordable price. We didn’t use the pool, but it was available if we wanted to.

Perhaps the pool area could do with some improvement, such as having some shade for those not swimming.

Property is as advertised in the photos. Rooms and bathroom were clean, beds and pillows were comfortable enough, all appliances are in working condition. The staff were also very accommodating.

The coffee table in front of the sofa was sticky, despite us trying our best to wipe it off. There was also no cabinets in any of the rooms, so all of our things were just on the floor. I was expecting cabinets, even if small, for rooms that big.

I appreciate our room no 25 being just next to the pool which I visited 3 times in the 19hrs of our stay, while the temperature climbed to 39°c. The room had front and back entrances. Both are under long verandahs. Bella the receptionist is lovely! It's very central to Busso and was easy to get in and out of. There is much in walking distance. The King size bed is comfy. The shower is great! It is a smaller old style motel that has been renovated and is good value. Aircon was fabulous!!

A little more shade would be good by the pool. I forgot to tell them the right bedside lamp was faulty.

The service was great, friendly staff and clean rooms, inside and out. The pool was well maintained and perfect for the summer. The location is very close to the jetty, about 4 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk. Plenty of food shops and other shops to wander around so close to the location. Also the shower was great, the water pressure was fantastic and the shower head made you feel like you were under a weighted blanket.

Our stay in Room 15 was fantastic! Newly renovated, it felt more like a spacious suite than a standard room. The ample space was a pleasant surprise, making our short stay incredibly comfortable. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the bed was a highlight – wonderfully comfortable for a restful night. It's regrettable we could only stay for one night; the positive experience made us wish we could have extended our visit. Overall, I highly recommend Room 15 for its spaciousness, cleanliness, and the comfortable bed. If you're fortunate enough to book this room, you're in for a fantastic stay!

One notable inconvenience was the lack of a shower curtain. This led to water from the shower causing the entire bathroom floor to become wet, which made navigating the space a bit icky. And secondly, we found the absence of a mirror in the room to be a slight inconvenience too.

Loved the shower head, air conditioning worked well, plus super friendly and accomodating front desk staff. Close to everything
