I arrived super early as I had driven with a friend to Poland from the UK. The ladies at the desk managed to find me a room to stay for the night and very kindly discounted it for me too. That afternoon, my actual room was available so I moved up once I've returned from a little walk. The room was simple, a small double bed, bathroom - the essentials. The view was amazing though, looking over the old town, toward Malta Lake, and under the flight path for Poznan airport. I liked the room, it was exactly what I needed, space to put luggage, somewhere to shower and somewhere to sleep. Although public transport was close by, I could walk everywhere from the hotel. Plac Wolnosci is just around the corner, and across the road is the Stary Rynek. It took 30 minutes to walk to the Warta riverside, and another 15 minutes to get to Jezioro Maltanskie. I walked over to Park Cytadela and ate a Rogale Swietomarcinskie in the rose garden and had a little shopping spree in the Avenida Poznan at Poznan Station. The staff were so friendly, and kind to me. Everything else made up for those small issues. I particularly liked that there were recycling bins and a cold water filter dispenser on all floors. In all, I would stay again if I ever were to visit Poznan for a second time.

My only comment would be that there was a little plastic rubbish under the bed, and the carpet isn't very clean looking.

Lovely hotel close to the city center. Friendly and helpful staff. I had some of the most delicious gnocchi at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was also excellent. The kids appreciated the opportunity to make their own waffles. Paid parking is available in the hotel courtyard, but you need to call ahead to check if there are any spots available

There was only one working elevator, which accommodates just three people at a time. Unfortunately, we had to take the stairs down with our suitcases because we couldn’t get the elevator during checkout time.

We were on the 9th floor so we had a fantastic view of the city from our window. The room was very big with everything we needed, the hotel is within walking distance to the train station and the main square so location was perfect for what we needed. On our last night we ate in the hotel restaurant & it was honestly one of the best meals I've eaten anywhere, washed down with an extremely tasty mulled wine.

The only thing I can say was a negative is that the mattress on the bed was quite firm so we didn't sleep as soundly as we would've liked

Clean, spacious and functional room with lots of storage. The bed was extremely comfortable and fresh. The tea & coffee section was small but had a quality options. The location couldn't be beat, and views from any higher up room were great. There were also so many good food options nearby, as it was on a main pedestrian/tram street, a short walk to the old town and the many Christmas Markets around Poznań.

Our specific room was near the elevator which caused some noise, but wasn't overly disruptive. And there was just one combination body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Would've been nice to have separate containers for each.

My room was very clean, and I liked the hotel's modern aesthetic. The breakfast spread was excellent, the staff were all very helpful and spoke great English, and it was only a few minutes' walk from both the train station and the Stary Browar district. My favourite part of the whole experience, though, was the involuntary upgrade I received upon arrival. That was a very nice surprise after an exhausting train trip, and it resulted in me getting a room with an outstanding view of the city. Indeed, it was hard to tear myself away from it each morning, and I really appreciated that! I'd definitely look into staying here again if - or, rather, when - I return to Poznan, thanks to the quality of the service I received.

I was very happy with my room overall, but especially since I was visiting during the summer months and often had some work to do in the evenings, it would have been nice if it had had a refrigerator and more table space. In the end, I was able to make do with what was available, but it often felt a bit cramped sitting in between the bed and the window while working at the counter.

The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was abundant and covered most of the mainstream diets. The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

There was not much I did not like. However, three suggestions would be to have a rattle in one of the lifts fixed, the inclusion of a few more vegan options to the breakfast table such as smoked tofu and plant-based yogurt. I would also like to suggest the addition of a vegan main dish option and a fish option to the restaurant menu.

I like absolutely everything in the hotel. This is how every place accommodating people should look like. It was clean, comfortable, with a great view and location. I was simply impressed. I had a single room which was huge and the view was amazing. Omg the view 😍 If I come back to Poznań I will stay in exactly the same place.

Only as a recommendation: the elevators were a bit slow and maybe a note for the guests not to slam the doors will be good. The rest was great. No complains.

-at my room there was an annoying noise from the water flow sure from some pipe. Anyone from other rooms (dont know the floor used water at bathroom and appeared the noise. Even at middle of the nignt. Thats why the 8 . Dont know if the problem was only at my room. I thought to ask for change room at a moment.

The big view from the 11th floor was wonderful. The location was convenient for trams, sightseeing and the railway station was about 12 mins walk away. Lovely little cafe called Stragan Kawiarnia one minute away for breakfast. The communal water fountain and recycling bins a good idea.

The lift was frustrating and gave a long wait at busy times.

The location and view is a absolute wow if you get a room in the upper floors. The lights of the city by night are magical especially trough the bathroom windows.

A fridge it would be good. Initially we got a room on the 2nd floor and I asked the guy at the reception if they have another room on the upper floors (we booked this hotel only because of the view) and firstly he said that the whole hotel is full, after that they talked something on polish and returned to me and said that they have rooms in the 9 and 10 floor but only for an additional cost (70 PLN). During the night we saw that the hotel is not full, so that "we don't have free rooms" has a little bit tourist trap smell 😐
