The property is very nice, clean and the owner is lovely, nice lady that let us in before official check in and left the fruit for welcome. we stayed there for 3 nights and the room was cleaned daily. The house has a beautiful garden for sitting in the morning and evening. The room we styed in may be a little small for 3 people, but since we don't spend a lot of time in the room, it's more than enough with comfort beds and clean sheets. This accommodation is close to the highway and is a great option for those who don't mind being close to the city center. There is a store near the accommodation with a large parking lot, so we never had a problem with parking after driving from the beach in the evening or from other cites.

The moment you enter Niki's House, a stone-built complex with seven apartments, you feel that you have come to the right place. The clean, well-equipped, plant-filled inner courtyard resembles a small Garden of Eden within the sleepy urban village Agios Athanasios. Every item decorating our studio apartment appeared to be carefully selected to make our home base in Cyprus feel just right for starting another vacation day and returning to relax and recharge for the next. Niki's House served as our starting point for day trips with the rental car: one day in Limassol, another in Paphos, another in the mountains, and one to Larnaca. This location was perfect, making each destination less than an hour's drive away. You can drive right next to Niki's House, but parking is available 50 meters away, next to a small supermarket and a 24/7 kiosk, which is also very helpful if you desire a late-night coffee or find yourself missing milk and cookies. We never had problems finding a parking space, either at the supermarket or the unpaved lot right next to it. We love coffee shops, so each morning began with either a coffee and a fresh pastry at the nearby Coffee Island branch (Anoikodomiseos 37, Limassol 4106), which is a three-minute drive from Niki's House, or at the Sunfresh branch (Sunfresh, Kartesiou Mesa Geitonia, 4001), which is also just three minutes away and offers great coffee to go along with a huge selection of pastries, cookies, sandwiches, and salads. Sunfresh has no seating space and is conveniently located right next to the primary roundabout exiting Agios Athanasios, so you will likely pass it on your way to your day trips. After each day of touring and sightseeing, we loved to sit in the courtyard and relax. At night, we found a huge queen-size bed with one of the finest mattresses I have slept on outside of our home, even in the most luxurious hotels.

Everything was super . clean and calm , you’re surrounded with the green color everywhere. Very easy checkin and checkout. Welcoming fruits and sweets … The owners Evgenia and Mr. kiriako are so kind and helpful people, always asking if we need something. They even gifted us a very delicious Sweets pack. our late checkout was a complementary.. Wow

Nikis house's owners Evgenia and Kyriakos make you feel like you,re staying in their home. The property is a family owned property, lovingly restored, with amazing detail and antiques and family heirlooms (my room had an antique spinning wheel, copper casseroles, a lace curtain etc. The 2 courtyards are stunning too, also with antiques like mill stones, whine pottery vessels and full of plants of the region in the small garden and pots around the courtyards. The rooms are self contained studios, and have a small table and chairs outside, which allows you to meet other guests if you want to (if not there is the privacy of your studio).

Traditional guest house run by very kind and friendly hosts, Evgenia and Kyriacos, in a quiet, easily accessible area. Downtown Limassol and all the wonderful beaches and attractions of the region can be reached in minutes by car. For a longer stay, it is an excellent starting point for trips around Cyprus. The house and the garden are beautifully maintained, which provides a picturesque environment for relaxation, where lovely cats also like to visit. Thanks for the attentive hospitality! We are returning guests, and will definitely come again!

The property is beautiful-- Niki's House truly felt like a home. There is a fully functional kitchen even with a burner (we were able to cook actual meals). When we felt like it, we could sit in the garden and enjoy the breeze and beautiful property with lovely flowers in the garden. The architecture is so cute that it looks like a watercolor painting. The room itself was spacious as well with enough room for us to open our suitcases. There's also a large wardrobe with a lock that we could store our belongings while we were out during the day.

We have some suggestions. The towels could have been softer (they felt dry and crunchy). Also, we stayed for 5 days but we were only given toiletries on the first day which were barely enough for three people (we received just one tube of conditioner, shampoo, and body wash for our stay-- not one tube per person but one tube of each toiletry). We weren't able to ask any from the cleaning personnel because we usually arrived from the day's traveling much later at night already. Lastly, we would have appreciated even just some complementary drinking water upon arrival (we were so thirsty and tired but had to head out just to buy water).

Niki's house is a wonderful place. Our small apartment was really nice, comfortable, with all the basic stuff we could need. And it's really beautiful. We arrived at night and we could easily self check-in and self check-out the following morning. It's a quiet zone quite far from the centre of Lemesos/Limassol (close to the motorway). Everything was perfectly clean. There's a free parking and a small supermarket nearby. It's a pity we could spend there just 1 night.

There's some noise in the early morning due to traffic (motorway and big roads are not far) and at night with aeroplanes flying just over it. But really nothing problematic.

The setting including courtyard was beautiful. Our room was a great size with all the amenities we needed, it was great to have a couple of hobs for cooking. The place was kept spotless and our interaction with the owners of the property was amazing, so quick to respond and help sort some laundry for us. Location is a little out of the way so you do need a car or to be prepared to use a bus/taxi but for us this was not an issue at all!! Lots of cafes and bakeries in walking distance and a shop for dinner.

The only thing was we had some noise from the upstairs guests due to the floors being stone but this is a really minimal issue! Everything else was amazing and we’d definitely recommend!

The Niki's House itself looks better than on pictures. The landlords are very friendly. Although the room is not big, it is well equipped and there are outdoor tables for use as well. The room was daily checked and garbage removed. The place is about 500m from the junction with A1 - good place to start trips by a car. A free public parking is about 50m from the location, next to the minimarket.

Nicky's place is great but don't even try to drive up to it, as it is on a complicated, narrow road & just a few meters away from the main road with a good parking lot.

I'm always more comfortable with cotton rather than polycotton sheets, but perhaps that's just personal ('tho cotton is obviously cooler in hot times).
