I recently spent three wonderful days at Byron Springs, and I truly couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was pleasantly surprised (and so grateful!) to receive a free upgrade. The host generously gave me the entire studio, which was absolutely stunning. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated with great taste, and had such a warm, cozy, and welcoming vibe. It exceeded all my expectations, I didn’t miss a thing. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. The garden was peaceful and lush, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. And the cherry on top? Fresh homemade brownies served daily, absolutely delicious! ♥️ Check-in was smooth and easy, and the overall energy of the place was serene and uplifting. Byron Springs is truly a hidden gem in Byron Bay, a little piece of heaven. I completely fell in love with it and can’t wait to return. Without a doubt, I’ll be staying here again next time I’m in Byron. Thank you so much for everything!

Lovely boutique hotel / guest house just outside of the main centre. Swimming pool area was lovely & relaxing. Recommend hiring a car to stay here so you can travel in to town with ease & get a few supplies from the supermarket for breakfast / lunches otherwise a few places nearby. Room was a little small but was fine for a few days - we booked the room with the external bathroom which was absolutely fine - you have a toilet and sink in your room and then another toilet, sink and shower down the corridor - worked out nicely!!
Would be great if bikes were included in the stay given distance out of town. We spent another 3 nights elsewhere in town and they offered complimentary bikes.

The little snacks and breakfast items available were fantastic and really added an extra degree of specialness to our stay! And the pool was marvellous, especially since it had a floaty thing in it to play with. I really enjoyed staying here!
Quite unexpectedly, we had about 12 bees join us in our room for one night. They came in the bathroom window and we had to catch them all with the cups provided. It was fine, but really random. Is there a bee sanctuary/farm nearby? I think the mesh on the windows to room 6 may need to be checked.

We had the smaller room at the property, where the full bathroom was external to the room. It exceeded out expectations - the room was certainly big enough, well decorated and clean with a comfortable bed. The external bathroom was very close by and absolutely fine. We loved the garden, the free 'not' breakfast, and would have loved to have used the inviting pool. If only we could have stayed longer!
Be prepared - the native birds are very noisy first thing in the morning if you're a light sleeper. Everything else was fantastic.

Super cute guesthouse with lovely facilities, outdoor space and common rooms! Staff honest about noise from the road prior to arrival however o did not notice it at all! Fridge in the room and main kitchen area to make and eat food if you want!
This is not negative about the property but the location is a bit out of town, 20 minute walk, which again they were honest about before arrival! If staying and don’t have your own transport download uber for ease to order taxis for travel to and from town, the Ubers are not expensive.

The brownies are in a never-ending supply and the muesli, coffee, tea, fruit and alternative/regular milks are a lovely touch! Room was a lovely zone with a comfy bed! Laura was amazing with check in texts and recommendations for the rainy weather. The kitchen and lounge areas are expansive and relaxing, beautifully styled. Shared facilities has everything you need to make simple meals in! Always super clean and replenished, you even get your dishes washed for you. Quiet and tranquil, the pool is beautiful (a nice cold dip in winter.) Close to peaches Pilates, the roadhouse cafe and Byron bay general store (all favourites) Will stay again!!
No issues at all!

There is a open lounge area with small library and magazines. Fresh fruit, muesli both regular and gluten free and home made choc brownies are available for us to eat. Kitchenaid coffee machine with every variety of coffee pods available and 4 different types of tea along with 4 different types of milks! So this was a real bonus. The choice of crockery and glassware was premium. Swimming pool among the palms and greenery with a super relaxing environment. Fresh fruit, tea coffee mugs and sweet treats all in your room. Massive rain shower rose in an open space. Seriously this place was really great! Definitely coming again.
Getting onto the main room was a tad difficult but that is always the case in Byron and especially with school hol traffic. Room was a little small even though it was tastefully decorated. Although quaint and wooden the room door was a lil tricky to access.

Felt more like a home than a booking, the atmosphere was very relaxed and the layout of the place meant that during the rainy days we often got talking to others in what felt like a very natural setting. The home made brownies were both a blessing and a curse, overall we enjoyed the laid back atmosphere, bright and airy rooms and the delicious home made goods.
Nothing I didn't like, but if you don't drive (was warned by owners in advance) then you're very reliant on taxis and Ubers.

Loved the huge room and huge bed and the high ceilings were beautiful. The rest of the shared space is also very well presented and looked after. Ate many of the brownies found in the kitchen! Had a Nespresso machine in our room as well as a kettle and instant coffee and tea, and alternative milk could be found in the kitchen.
The only thing I could fault is that the grout in the bathroom was a little bit dirty, and there was no tissue box in our room. Also, due to the close proximity of all the rooms I could hear many other loud guests on Saturday night, thankfully they all went to bed around the same time I did. I think all hotels should offer earplugs like Byron Springs guesthouse!

Has to be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed while in Byron Bay! Being the best value for money, the communication, the clean room which just smelt amazing the list goes on! Easy to find, late check-in and late check-out made our stay just so comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The fruit platter deserves a mention and the brownies!! Will definitely be back. Just superb!!
Couldn’t fault it. Everything was wonderful.
