Amazing venue for a 1 night getaway right next to The General Store (so super easy to grab an awesome breakfast, lunch, coffee or matcha next door). We were travelling for a work event and liked it so much that we booked again for the night after our event had finished to bookend our trip. The highlight for us was the pool - generous seating with lots of cabanas and shaded lounge chairs. On tap mineral and still water, very friendly staff and the room had loads of small details like Keven Murphy shampoo and conditioner, linen robes - just everything on point for a 1 or 2 night stay.

Honestly - everything was amazing. Couldn't fault the venue or staff in any way.

Amazing pool area with bar options, lots of cabanas, and gorgeous aesthetic. Rooms were nice - on the small side so good for a 1 or 2 night stay. General Store Cafe is right nextdoor so you have coffee, meals, or onsite bar perfect for a couples weekend away. I found the staff so lovely and they helped us accomodate an early check in which was much appreciated. We initially booked one night here before a work event and ended up booking a second night on our way back home because everything was perfect. Poolside cocktails were a nice touch.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel is very relaxed. Smells lovely. The room Was very comfortable and shower nice. Products in bathroom are luxurious. The pool area is great, free fizzy or still water on tap. Cafe next door for breakfast but we did not go. Bikes available but we did not use

The hotel is on the main road but not too noisy. The emails promoting competitions are annoying. No wine glasses in the room. Although there is cutlery etc there is no where to cook? Children in the pool means it’s not that relaxing.

Customer service was amazing, such beautiful rooms and the bed is super comfy. Loved being able to swim in the heated pool in winter and drink cocktails by the pool. Perfect location and we loved being able to use the bikes to ride into town! Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Byron 😀

Nothing we loved it! Only minor thing is the key to get into the room was extremely difficult to work out how to unlock the door but not a big issue!

The Bower was beautiful! Exactly as pictured and in a great location, minutes away from great restaurants and next door to a superb cafe. Staff were lovely and welcoming, the bikes are a nice touch to be able to get around town quickly. Interior and styling were absolutely beautiful, and the bed was plush and super comfortable. The pool was a couple of walks from the room, and it was lush having this in proximity and being able to soak in the magnesium pool daily. Would definitely stay again!

Would be great if the bikes were available in the early hours somehow!

Good place. About 20 minutes walk to the main beach. Located just outside the centre but right next to a lovely cafe, perfect tor breakfast and brunch. This was perfect for us as it was nice and quiet plus we don’t mind a walk. Room was clean and TV has on demand services. Bathroom was clean and cosy. Nice coffee machine and excellent air con.

Nothing except slightly expensive for what it is but I guess this is Byron!

The room was lovely, great aesthetic. The bath was wonderful really large and soft stone looking into a private little garden. The shower had a lovely rain shower-head which is always nice. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever had in a hotel. It was firm which was perfect for us. The heated pool was really deep and a great size. Overall it was a really lovely stay I would and have recommended it to family and friends.

The only minor inconvenience was the parking spots are small and you have to walk into plants to access the property

No flexibility at all to do late checkout and the hour for checkout is at 10am which is really early, I asked to leave at 10.30am which was not allowed Also, I paid through Booking and on the site was saying to never give the credit card details by email or call and the hotel told me the day before that since we were arriving at 7pm (which is still on the hour allowed to check in) we needed to send the credit card details over email or phone, which is weird and going against with what was written on Booking reservation Also on the bathrooms had a really weird smell so one of the couples needed to move rooms on the second night

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Gorgeous room, beautiful facilities, pool was to die for, massage and day spa was gorgeous and my treatment was fantastic. Our room was bigger than we expected and so lovely, all the amenities in the room were great. All the staff we met were so kind and accommodating. Can't speak highly enough of the place!

I literally can't think of a single thing we didn't like!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and fresh.

Bikes were below par for this standard of accommodation. Old and badly maintained. After discovering on the decent to Falls beach that the rear brakes were ineffective creating some distress for my partner we reported this to the staff. Maintenance guy came the next day but 3 days later when we did the same ride my partner's bike still had no rear braking plus the gears wouldn't change. Again adding distress to what should have been an easy and enjoyable ride. Otherwise all good.
