The gentleman that met us (working on the reception) was brilliant, a lovely man and very attentive.

They have a CCTY system that for some strange reason gives out a series of loud beeps about every three minutes day and night. Not so noticeable through the day but just enough to stop you from sleeping during the night which was the whole reason for booking a hotel room. Please please cut the wire to the bleeper. There is no valid reason for this bleeper to keep bleeping during the night next to the bedrooms.

Stayed wth family including 3 kids. Everithing went smoothly without any issues. Caretaker was a friendly person and facilitated us satisfactorily with available resources. Quiet neighbourhood free from disturbances.

Cleanliness can be improved. Place only had 5A round pin power outlets so if you need to use/charge devices that require 13A square pin power outlets, better to bring an adaptor.

Well worth the money spent, the quality of facilities and customer service provided truly exceeded all my expectations. The two gentlemen who manage the place are extremely customer oriented and courteous. They even go as far as ensuring that you have taken your meals. I highly recommend this place for any individual or a small family who may happen to need a place around Malabe area for a stay.

I usually don't leave reviews. However I came back to leave a review here eventhough we stayed there like couple weeks ago. Actually the rooms and bathroom were clean and the service was good. Front desk person was very friendly and had a nice attitude. Rooms were spaceus and bed was comfy. Airconditioning, fan, lights and all worked very well and didn't have trouble with anything. Definitely will visit again.

Rooms are not sound proof. You can hear other people talking.

The staff was pleasant, and the location is both convenient and peaceful. I went there twice and both times I received the same level of service, and the receptionist was a wonderful person; I will return.

Clean and organised. The staff were friendly. The room was spacious enough and very reasonably priced.

100 percentage valuable for the rate, what a receptionist man awesome man , he is genuine and very supportive person,he treats us very well
