We arrived in Sri Lanka very early in the morning (around 2 am), and although there was some confusion with our booking—likely due to booking.com not notifying the hotel about our late-night arrival—the staff handled the situation with exceptional kindness. The team who received us were incredibly understanding and made us feel safe and welcome despite the hour. They quickly arranged a room for us and ensured we were comfortable. Their hospitality really stood out and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. We truly appreciated their accommodating and friendly approach.

During our stay, we noticed that the hotel is quite popular for daytime events like birthday parties, receptions, and social gatherings. Our room was located right next to the swimming pool, so we could hear some of the activity and chatter during the day. Fortunately, this wasn’t an issue for us as we were mostly out exploring and only returned in the evenings to rest. Our friends, who stayed in a different room farther from the pool, experienced much less noise. Overall, it didn’t affect our experience, but something to keep in mind if you're planning to relax in the room during the day.

I booked this hotel for my in laws who flew in for our wedding during their stay in Sri Lanka. They were extremely happy about the service as well as security at the property. The entire place was clean and the staff was very helpful in attending to my in laws every need. My in laws had both breakfast and lunch at the in-house restaurant and they were satisfied with the food quality and quantity. Great value for money and as always in Lanka, the best feature is the hospitality of the staff. Highly recommended!

This is not something I didn’t like but worth mentioning to future guests. Hotel gate is closed at 11pm but the security guard gave me his number (without me even asking for it) and he always answered every time we came late and open the gate. So make sure to get his phone number so he can open the gate for you.

I liked the room, it was well furnished and had all the amenities. Also the pool area was nice. The property was clean and well maintained. The hotel helped us keep our luggage while we visited Colombo, very much appreciated.

I didn't like the service, we had breakfast and we had to wait more than 40 min, even for the fruit juice. We were woken up by loud music playing at the front of the hotel at 8 AM. Nice chill music but still way too loud. There were no sun beds in the pool area. The location is way too far from Colombo. This is maybe on us, didn't really check how far it was, but we had to drive 35+ min to get to Colombo, and in rush hour was a nightmare, more than 1.5 hours to get back to the hotel. So, not good if you are planning to visit Colombo frequently during your stay.

Very spacious and nicely presented rooms. Very close to the city. Got a restaurant downstairs plus room service. Friendly staff to attend your needs.

Would have been ideal if there were blockout curtains specially if you are from a different time zone. Hot water system needs more pressure. And sound proofing for rooms as there’s a restaurant.

There are many beautiful garden areas, where you can have some shootings with loving ones. Room and bathroom was clean. Had hot water, AC, TV. As per the request, they provided veg only breakfast with fruits. Foods were delicious.

Room area was bit smaller and had no tea/dining table. Had only one chair. Did not get any welcome drink.

Very good stay. The staff is very afficient and friendly. A safe place. Clean and a beautiful place. A peaceful location in middle of the town. Food is delicious. Good room service. Hot water worked well. Clean bathroom.

Not enough pillows. No tea maker. But they provided tea in to the room in time. Appreciate it. Pool water is not very clear. But a nice pool area.

A cozy hotel with a photogenic atmosphere. In fact, many wedding couples come to take pictures! It is also the only hotel in the area with a good swimming pool. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The food was also nice.

A hair dryer was not available, though the staff tried hard to locate it. The downstairs rooms are a little noisy at some nights with people dining.

A bit too far away from the Colombo city, the cooling in the room was not the best. The air conditioning wasn’t cooling the room

Good Service, Delicious Food. Clean Rooms. Service has improved when compared with previous stays. This is my 4th stay.
