Good place value for the money you spend. Very good receptionist. Rooms good. But not answering the phone. Thats all. Perfect for stays.

Convenient location in baseline road, very close to dematagoda railway station, KFC, cinema and supermarkets. Friendly staff, clean & spacious room..

Room - all facilities worked and were Clean. The room was large. There was a comfortable couch Security - Security was good. We shopped and could leave goods in the car in the park under the hotel. It was policed. They now have a good SE Asia/Chinese restaurant which delivers to the room door

We paid for room breakfast. It was good but each day we had to request coffee sachets and wait for 15/20 minutes for them to come. Minor thing but I need at least one cup.of coffee in the morning and we were only given one each when we arrived. Even tried reminding the desk the night before - but to no avail.

I liked where it was in middle of the city but still managed to give us the mind calmness and peace. Location is easilyl reachable.Rooms were super comfortable and I don't have any minus point to say about this well functioning city hotel.

Good hotel for a night or two near the city. We were attending an event at Sugatadasa stadium and it was just what we needed for a good sleep and early departure. The staff gets top marks for accommodating an early breakfast as we needed to get out a bit before their standard breakfast serving time.

We arrived in Colombo at 4am after getting the overnight bus and we were very kindly allowed to check in at this time which we were so thankful for. The room was spacious and had good facilities.

Our room could definitely have been cleaner. The bedding smelt a little fusty and there was also lots of noise outside the hotel.

to ge honest rooms were very clean,staffs were friendly always very attentive, I don’t have to run for them . also the owner is very friendly he would do anything for you , Great place for a family vacation.

They are very friendly and allowed early check-in without any problem. For relaxation with your any friend this is best in town.
