We really enjoyed our stay at Kings hotel for multiple of reasons. The hotel is clean and tidy, and everyone was super helpful and polite. Location is excellent, at night it was quiet and not far from centre. Managers are very friendly and happy to assist and help with any issues. Highly recommend, if you want safe, comfortable, good priced and nice located stay! They do really care about their guests. A huge thanks to everyone who works there. Definitely going to stay there during our next visits to Colombo.

Lovely spacious room, clean and comfy. Staff wonderful. So happy and willing to help. When they realised I was a smoker they moved my room to a balcony room. One of the staff was very obliging taking me to the bank ATM and to arrange a SIM card. Lovely of him. (Of course, I tipped 😉)

TV not working. About Colombo not the hotel - Colombo far too busy and frenetic for my liking, tuktuk drivers a nightmare, better to stay south or north of city in a different town

The room electric supply is very very poor.only have one plug point.it's also very slow power.no one in the reception at night.only security gard,he only know tamil,even he couldn't manage sinhala local language or at least english.at night time he is 😴 locked the door at 11pm and he i sleeping.if we wanna go out we have to go to the basement to go out.very poor staff.

The bed was comfortable

Everything else other than the bed lol. The floor was so dirty with dried up soap. There was a used cotton bud on the floor. There was no remote for the AC. There was no tv connection. No towels. Not worth the price at all. There was no parking. We had to park inside a dingy place. There was no main entrance. Had to enter from the staff entrance which was extremely uncomfortable and nerve racking as it was very awkward.

Clean is ok

They forced to pay as Dollar values. but i booked as Sri lankan rupees. Then it became more hidden charges. i did not argued and paid at that time. and that neighborhood is scared.
