The houtel quick answer on the watsup before the accomodation, quick responce is the one of the most important thing for me. The stuff workers were insanly helpful, i aprecciate that. They wouke me up by phone calling to go to breakfast, and solved my problems when i needed :) the place was situated fine. The room was clean, the bed sheets smell clean too!!!

No lift inside the building (but there is no problem, houtel staf lift my luggage up!!!!)

The location is very near to Colombo city, you can arrive there within five minutes by using a tuk tuk. The staff is professional and helpful. The room is clean including bed sheets and towels. Both fan and AC are working. You can use the plug points to charge the phone, fan, and dim lamp while laying in bed.

There wasn't a plug point for the provided area for the minibar. The TV is not working (Staff members informed us they have already reserved a receiver for the TV, but it didn't receive). The flush button of the commode has broken. There wasn't a window for the room - the room is dark during the daytime. Since there are a lot of Tamil people in the surrounding on the 31st night; even at midnight it was a little bit noisy. Mobile signal coverage is very poor in this area, and the free wifi strength is also low.

We had a great stay! The receptionists were very welcoming and polite. The hotel is in an excellent location in the old city of Colombo. The room was clean, simple and comfortable. If you need a clean and simple room in the centre then this is a great choice! For us it was perfect.

I think there were some issues with the water supply. Last time it was good but this time pressure was not enough and I had to use buckets to take showers. Hope it will be resolved soon.

This is one of the best bang for the buck hotels in the area. You get what you are paying for. If you are just looking for a place to stay, look no more. This is the place for you

The room was big, good bed and pretty quiet (I was on 3rd floor). The staff was nice, especially the guy from housekeeping. The breakfast is pretty good.

The wifi barely worked on the 3rd floor. The window had no view at all. There wasn't hot water. When I got there the room didn't have fridge so i had to ask for it. The location is not bad, walking distance to Fort station, but the area is not so good and many markets. Super busy. To be fair I didn't like Colombp much...

Good location and polite staff, they greeted you at the entrance and helped you bring your things. We checked in in a couple of minutes. The room has everything you need. There is hot water. Good breakfast

Hotel looks as thou recently modernised, clean and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful when tv would not work for me. Relaxed atmosphere fan and AC in room
