Rooms are clean. Lift was there. Ac , tv and all other facilities in rooms are in good condition.

Actually my friend's daughter came to meet us as she is working with kuwait Airways and she was on layover. The person on reception didn't allowed her . There is no information any where in hotel reception that no one can go in rooms to meet the actual customer. Next day they put the policy that no one is allowed to meet. Also on 2 nd day they didn't clean our room, after asking the person on reception said that we clean the room once in two days. This is kind of practice is not there in any kind of Hotels. After hot arguments they send the person to clean the room. Also they have only 2 person as a staff who cooks, clean the room, show the rooms to guest, attend on reception, taking print out.

Cleanliness, nice staff, room, breakfast. Overall the welcoming attitude of all staff. The location is also near to a good street restaurant Behrouz. The bathroom was very comfortable to use. With the budget we used its equipped with all essential things. Who are looking for luxury its not for them. Easy to get Tuktuk from this area. The hotel also offered airport taxi. ***** staff provided water apart from the complementary 3 bottles ***** they provided extra pillows after asking ***** they gave us comfort and peace with the very welcoming attitude. I loved this the most.

The door lock system need to improve. It’s safe but the system is not modern, bit complicated.

I was truly impressed by the staff – especially the manager at the front desk. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to all our wishes. We were even able to extend our room for a few extra hours without any issues, which we really appreciated. Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcome drinks and such a heartfelt reception – it made us feel right at home from the very beginning. We also had a small issue with our transport to the next destination, but the hotel kindly let us stay and wait comfortably until our van arrived. Throughout our entire stay, they made sure we felt completely cared for and comfortable. This kind of service and genuine hospitality made our stay truly special. If we return to the area, we would absolutely stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

The location near Pettah market and generally near the city center. The breakfast was buffet (tea, coffee, juice, cereals, toast, jam, butter, omelett, Indian bread (roti), vanilla yogurt, fried noodles, dahl), so all you can eat. The personell was friendly. The air condition worked well. We got two bottles of water, tea and coffee bags as well as a kettle in our room (new water bottles, tea and coffee bags upon request).

There were some points we did not like: the window of our room was directed towards a big road, therefore it was really loud. We had a desk, but no chair to sit. The toilet seat was old and disgusting. There was no room service, but with us only staying for two nights actually not necessary.

The room was very clean and neat. The staffs were very nice.

when we booked the room it says restaurant is there. But we when went to the place they said restaurant was closed. They can only provide breakfast. So it was difficult for us since we had a one year baby and we had to manage food from outside.

We stayed here for one night after our flight before heading south, and it was a good choice. The staff was very kind and helpful (thank you ! 🙏), making our stay easy and comfortable. Clean , basic room with a nice bathroom. The hotel has an elevator—great for convenience. The spacious lobby added to the welcoming atmosphere. The location was good , especially being near the railway station for the next day travel. Just outside the door, you’ll find lively street life and a market, giving you a real feel of the city. Breakfast was good and provided a nice start to the day!

The room had no window, except for one facing the corridor, which might not be ideal for everyone. No restaurants next door at night, though we found two restaurants 5-7 min walk away from the hotel.

the staff though they didnt understand much english, they solved all our problems related to noisy old ac/ leaking bathroom/ moldy walls/ broken switches etc all by providing us a new room at the middle of the night because we couldnt sleep with ac noise. the breakfast was ok with srilankan food. the location is close to petta market and gold shops.

the mold in the walls gave us allergy. though they switched the rooms but both rooms had molds, the staff didnt accept dollars or online payments and the amount was varying than that showed in booking.com. so we had to pay some amount more than whats shown during booking. hotel is situated in odd location though petta market is near

For me it was Location close to Red mosque, Grand mosque and another one. Few kilometres away from Galle Face beach. It is super clean. The staff 2 ladies, and guy the who used to prepare breakfast, are all awesome friendly helping and very nice. I had two issues mosquitoes and Wifi, which hardly worked in my room. I am a YouTuber I could not upload any of the videos, except shorts. I work all night here as per Canada Day time. But Internet almost killed me. I had to spend money to buy high speed internet, which costed me a lot.

We needed a one-night stay somewhere close to the bus station - this is a perfect option. The room was quite clean, there’s a small fridge, tea and coffee, water and basic toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast was nice too, the choice of foods in not too big, but the hotel itself is also small, so you can’t expect something like at a resort somewhere in Turkey. You get what you pay for and it’s a great value for money. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. If you want a 5-star service, just book a 5-star hotel.

The location was very ideal. Near to Colombo Fort. Mr Kuberan the front officer was very helpful and assisted us with the booking of our transport the next day at 5am, although it was a bit tough in finding a Uber at that time of the morning. Thank you for all the assistance rendered. The room was very clean and we had a comfortable stay.

We had no issues during my stay.
