Stay was good; we had stayed only for 2 days since we were to visit other parts of Sri Lanka. Our special thanks to Chithru, who was very very helpful with all information even before we came to Sri Lanka. Very kind and polite person and was always ready to help in addition to suggesting what will work out best for our trip. We planed to visit Kandy as our next stop but he suggested we cancel since it’s super crowded at that time and it turned out that he saved us from trouble cause when we reached Ella, we had a guest telling another guest about the hassle and chaos they had to go through in Kandy and even had to overstay a night since they couldn’t get train tickets. Besides this, even after we checked out, I was still in touch with him to advise us what is a better option and he was ever ready to help with anything so we are really grateful to him for suggesting us and helping us in the best way he could

The staff were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, they had fresh fruit (best papaya I've ever had). I stayed for a night first at the beginning of my trip, then two more nights at the end of my trip. I stayed in two different rooms and they were both amazing and super spacious. I loved the showers, they had very good flow and were quite spacious as well. The balcony was also super cute.

The internet is a bit slow, so I wouldn't recommend scheduling meetings or working from there.

The hotel accommodated my late arrival. Clean room and bathroom; comfortable room and bed; good A/C; balcony area. The staff was very help, courteous, and attentive. Good, healthy breakfast. Very kind host; provided food outside regular hours when they found I was unwell. Central location - close to shops, launderette, dining locations.

The location was very good. I only stayed for few hours but i enjoyed it. Due to my plan i had to check out a bit late but the generous host Mr. Mendis did not fuss at all. I must mention the friendliness and support he demonstrated.

The room is stayed in was great for a short stay. I would have preferred a room with a bit bigger bathroom but it worked.

Especially the employee carrying the suitcases was very polite and fast. receptionists were helpful. The room was big and had beautiful furnishings. The location was quiet despite being central. cleaning was good.

When we entered the room, there were deficiencies such as water and soap, but they provided very quickly. hot water did not flow, we had to take a shower with cold water. We could not report this as it was close to check out time. At night, the sound of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner was loud from the balcony, but it was not continuous.

Everything was great. Stayed at the hotel twice and I really enjoyed my time there. The pillows were really nice, it always seems so difficult to find the perfect pillow but they had really good ones.

The room was amazing, with good quality woods and materials used. Staff are very helpful. Location was good - a convenient tuktuk ride to town, but it would’ve been better if there was a mart nearby.

Roadside noise that could start as early as 6am \:

Great size room and well equipped. Staff were lovely and helpful and breakfast was good and big portions. Short tuktuk to the train station and Colombo fort.

Room is advertised as with a balcony but very large tree right in front of it means sitting out wasn’t worth it. But other than that, room was good.

The room was spacious, the bed big and extremely confortable, the staff very friendly and helpful; and the location was perfect! Quiet district (Borella) 25min walk from the park/museum, and only a short Tuk Tuk drive away from Colombo fort (city centre and station). We’ll come back.

Nice and Modern style but a little bit worn. Glad to hear it’s going to be redecorated.

The staff did everything to make our stay pleasant. They contacted the tuktuk tour and arranged an early check in (at an additional cost, of course). They arranged a taxi service from the airport and were all and all very nice. The breakfast was ok, the room is spacious and clean.
