We really enjoyed our 1 night stopover. Friendly staff who were very accommodating. Quiet, comfortable and convenient location. Would definitely be happy to stay here again. Nice big queen room with a very comfortable queen bed. Good sized bathroom and a great shower. Nice to have a toaster, kettle & microwave along with tea/coffee & plates/cutlery after a long drive.

Parking is probably the only issue as its at a premium in front of your room. Not ideal if you've got abit to unpack as you're travelling around & can't get near your room. Perhaps paint some of the room numbers where applicable on the spaces out front as close to the allocated room as possible.

After staying at a Big Brand motel in Newcastle the two nights before arriving in Lismore the Wilson Lismore was like an oasis in the desert. The front of staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room we were given was so large and fresh and comfortable. It had all the amenities you would expect but you never get in the big brand motels these day. It was so relaxing we extended our stay by an extra day. We would highly recommend this motel and will be staying here again.

The parking. I understand that the motel is built on a hill - there didn’t seem to be enough parks for motels. It they were to clean away the top of the hill they could create 2-3 nose/reverse in parking. Allocating those parks to the units at the top of the hill instead of being in a unit at the bottom of the hill and parking on the complete opposite side and having to walk all the way around with your bags. Other than the parking beautiful units.

Cosy little motel, like taking a step back in time but very well looked after. Friendly greeting at reception. Room was neat & clean with kitchenette amenities. Heater/air-con worked well for chilly nights! Travelled from QLD to attend the Casino Truck Show. Thank you!

A little bit of road noise due to being next to a main road, but once we closed ourselves in for the night it was barely noticeable

Ultra quiet rooms with no external noise at all. Very, very comfortable bed with good quality linen. Terrific shower pressure and hot water. Close to Lismore CBD. Easy access parking. Very good rates for various rooms.

I liked it all. We have stated in many, many motels around Australia and the Lismore Wilson Motel rates amongst the best for value and quality.

An exceptional motel, one of the best I have stayed in. It was perfect! The lovely smell of the room on entry told of the high cleanliness, it was spacious, the modern, new decor, large bathroom, I cannot speak high enough of this motel. On arrival and departure you are greeted with warmth and friendliness. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely nothing!! It is perfection.

Close to shops for small provisions for a few days and also longer if needed. Even though located on a busy road no sound of came through. Lovely verandas with view of trees and plants making you feel secluded. When I stayed large number of travelling tradies, I woke at 6.30am all the vehicles had left and I didn’t hear a thing.

The hotel has beautiful spacious rooms with a nice bathroom. It's surrounded by nice trees and we found different birds singing in the morning. There is a petrol station opposite to the hotel that has yummy pies and is open 24/7 even on public holidays. The property manager is very helpful and took my call on Christmas when I needed help for finding some place to eat.

Impressive restoration in train after 2022 flood. Rooms are large and well spaced on property. On site parking well organised. Staff helpful in meeting my needs.

Price for stay was a little higher than I felt the current state of the property deserves. However, my booking was close to the stay date and that may have affected the room rate. Will certainly consider staying at this property again.

Location was perfect and room was very clean. Early or Late check in was easy to arrange and management were very accommodating.

Room heating was faulty and it was a bitterly cold night - even snowed in nearby areas. That being said, I have stayed here before and will do so again.
