Wonderful host Leigh, and his 2 cats Arbi and Panda. Very lovely to have a pet to pat! Great pool, and a bottleshop and pub right next door. Great meals! Menulog does McDonalds too. If you are not a cat person, fear not. You’ll see them around the grounds but won’t approach you. But they love a pat if you see them on the pathway, etc.

it’s not that I didn’t like it, but no cutlery or plates/bowls even though there is a toaster. Teaspoons and mugs only, so make sure to bring your own if you think you’ll need them.

Leigh, the manager was FANTASTIC. He replaced the faulty tv in our room without a quibble (even though it wasn't an easy job!). Super comfy bed, spotlessly clean. We had a great meal at the Charcoal Inn, which is only a few minutes away. Highly recommend.

The room was very spacious and clean.

There were only single pillow on the bed and 1 spare in the closet, would have to nice to have 2 each. Also would be nice to have a directory of local restaurants and attractions.

Good value for money. Good little country motel. Enjoyed morning on the verandah and our room overlooked the pool. Close to the hotel next door and a decent meal, but it was nice and quiet.

Excellent location Room was of decent size, very comfy bed, was exactly what we were looking for Will definitely be booking here in the future

There were adequate facilities for our needs, clean and a lot of room to put suitcase, personal items like phones, make-up etc.

The bed was very firm. We do not like doonas which can be hot in a warm climate. We prefer a sheet and a light blanket that you can pull up if needed.

This -place looks old and run down from the front but once you're in the room you find a nicely refurbished and comfortable roomi

The bed and location

Have stayed here a few times during yearly events nearby and find it to be quite comfortable and a good location for what I want.

Parking can be a little tight and if busy the other option is to park out from the motel area.

Location and ammenities in the room were very good.

I could hear kids in the next room screaming late at night like they were at the front door. I got up at 2am, turned the light on and there were cockroaches everywhere.
