Location of property. Right next door to Worker's Club The comfy bed, the cleanliness of our spa room, the fresh towels everyday, loved the products provided instead of the regular wall despencers which lack in quality. The lady on front desk was extremly helpful. Huge verander to sit out on. The size of the room was fantastic quite large and comfortable.

There was nothing I could complain about at all except slight traffic noise.

The room was clean and tidy. I liked that it was spacious enough for a small sofa and a table and chairs. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The motel was situated in a convenient location for my stay, with Workers Club next door and Woolworths down the road. I also liked the free onsite undercover parking.

A restaurant was advertised but didn't appear to be operating, however the Worker's club is next door to get a meal.

Reception staff very friendly. Room was clean, neat, bathroom good size. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes, good location. And the rooms were secure after hours with keycard access only.

Only pain is not being close to vehicle for packing/unpacking, but no different to a high rise and it was undercover parking so vehicle out of weather and there is a lift, so perfectly fine. Pricing was dearer than what we would normally pay for an overnight stay.

The staff were friendly, I really liked the look of the room, clean, tidy, sleek but still warm and inviting, was a lovely stay, Thank you.

Wasn't the best view from the balcony, traffic was noticeable but it was central to many things, kids in the hotel were a bit noisy, and one light did not turn on but wasnt needed, and was mostly things that can not be helped.

Close to the Workers Club, undercover parking, close to many cafes shops and services

Not really a dislike, more information which we were not aware of before travel. There is now no restaurant on site or room service since the rebirth after the floods. Not a major problem as the Workers Club next door does breakfast and there are cafes close by. Just good to know.

Clean, friendly staff and great location. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating on nye. Above and Beyond.

While it is all the things I mentioned it is now expensive over nye period compared to other local hotels. We had a two bed unit and the living room was comfy for a couple, less so for four.

Staff very pleasant and efficient. Management remarkably professional. Every request was quickly and politely taken care of in a friendly manner. I liked the fact that they had a Tesla destination charger which could accommodate other makes of ev's.

Location was perfect for us as we had a function to attend at the Workers Club next door. Balcony great and elevator necessary as we had a person in a wheelchair

Only fault was only one spare pillow. I’ll remember to ask for extra next time.

The room was large and comfortable. We booked the spa bath suite for some relaxation after a busy day. A good size balcony and well equipped room with bar fridge, kettle etc.

An on site restaurant serving breakfast would have been ideal.

Trudy was amazing very warm and helpful 24x7 and it is close to everything just walking distance to Mary G pub and nice Korean place next to the workers club if dont want something fancy. Plnty fo under cover parking and great place to be if you are goin to lismore
