We really enjoyed our 1 night stopover. Friendly staff who were very accommodating. Quiet, comfortable and convenient location. Would definitely be happy to stay here again. Nice big queen room with a very comfortable queen bed. Good sized bathroom and a great shower. Nice to have a toaster, kettle & microwave along with tea/coffee & plates/cutlery after a long drive.

Parking is probably the only issue as its at a premium in front of your room. Not ideal if you've got abit to unpack as you're travelling around & can't get near your room. Perhaps paint some of the room numbers where applicable on the spaces out front as close to the allocated room as possible.

After staying at a Big Brand motel in Newcastle the two nights before arriving in Lismore the Wilson Lismore was like an oasis in the desert. The front of staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room we were given was so large and fresh and comfortable. It had all the amenities you would expect but you never get in the big brand motels these day. It was so relaxing we extended our stay by an extra day. We would highly recommend this motel and will be staying here again.

The parking. I understand that the motel is built on a hill - there didn’t seem to be enough parks for motels. It they were to clean away the top of the hill they could create 2-3 nose/reverse in parking. Allocating those parks to the units at the top of the hill instead of being in a unit at the bottom of the hill and parking on the complete opposite side and having to walk all the way around with your bags. Other than the parking beautiful units.

Impressive restoration in train after 2022 flood. Rooms are large and well spaced on property. On site parking well organised. Staff helpful in meeting my needs.

Price for stay was a little higher than I felt the current state of the property deserves. However, my booking was close to the stay date and that may have affected the room rate. Will certainly consider staying at this property again.

The hotel has beautiful spacious rooms with a nice bathroom. It's surrounded by nice trees and we found different birds singing in the morning. There is a petrol station opposite to the hotel that has yummy pies and is open 24/7 even on public holidays. The property manager is very helpful and took my call on Christmas when I needed help for finding some place to eat.

Large space and fairly close to Lismore centre. The hostess was really friendly and helpful.

The lights inside were very bright, a cosy side table lamp would have been nice. I like siting outside but the cars coming past, driving over drainrosyers made a lot of noise and having a workvan right in front of my seats, blocked my view which made it less comfortable to sit there.

A lovely leafy outlook on the side we were on with a nice veranda to sit out on.The room was spacious & bathroom .Great water pressure too!

The TV remote was missing & a little selection of items in the fridge & basket to buy, would of been a nice helpful treat after a long travel.(chips,chocolate, cheese n crackers etc)

The room was clean and welcoming. Bed's were comfortable and nicely spaced. The shower's pressure and temperature was lovely and the room had lots of privacy. Outside area was enjoyed with a coffee.

The only issue was that the bed's sheets/covers were quite noisy during the night whenever you move.

The stay overall was good with a few issues with the toilet not being fix to the floor and the kitchen flooring was ripped and raised. Pillow were like rocks.

Very Clean, excellent room, I even had a undercover carpark! Very Happy overall! Very friendly staff. Thank you.

Toilet cistern refilled regularly, (every hour or so) Probably needs looking at. It did not bother us, but it does waste water.
