Family room was a great set up - especially with a baby! I particularly liked how each ‘room/area’ had its own aircon setting. Could keep baby/sons room a little warmer than ours. When taking into consideration this motel would have been completely under water back in 2022 and there were some minor damages - I didn’t feel ‘dirty’ or ripped off. I enjoyed the aesthetics of the room; considering it’s a motel! The kitchenette was particularly handy! Super closed to the CBD! - My partner and I found our bed really comfy

- The window in the bathroom didn’t have any frosting on the window so felt a little exposed as there was another 2 story building across from the side parking. - No doors on the toilet or bathroom. Just one big barn door that closed off the area with the kitchenette/bathroom/toilet. - Requested on-site parking (which was confirmed) but had to park on the street outside the motel a few times. Not handy with a bubby. Parks inside the motel are very small/narrow

I have been staying in here for a few times. The location is incredibly convenient, situated close to the town center with easy access to shops, cafes, and local attractions. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was a standout feature—newly renovated, modern, and absolutely pristine.

We were upgraded to a superior family suite and it was fantastic to have the extra room. It was also very handy to have a fully equipped kitchen even though we didn’t use it. The room had just been newly renovated and looked lovely and everything was comfortable to use - beds, couch and chairs. A surprisingly pleasant stay as we normally choose B&Bs - they even had a pool and a laundry for the guests to use!

We were extremely surprised how well the motel had recovered from the devastating floods. Our upstairs room was very comfortable and included a kitchenette. The flood waters had been higher than the ceiling however vey little evidence of this was detectable. We were very pleased that we elected to return to the Lismore City Motor Inn as it is conveniently located for our visits and obviously any custom assists this business and all others with their long recovery. Our stay was four night. Two of our sons stayed one night in a ground floor unit and were very comfortable.

Parking can be difficult within the property, but parking on the street adjacent is safe and convenient.

Central location was good. Room was pretty much as expected. Comfy bed which was good, needed some rest. Nice to have convenience of a microwave and shower and bathroom area overall was good

I wish there was more bench space in the bathroom, bit light on there. TV was ok but youtube was a bit up and down ( ended up watching some shows on my computer which seemed ok ) A couple of small ridges i noticed between rooms and at front door were a bit hard to see ( possible trip/ fall risk for some older people perhaps )

Family room was large and well equipped with crockery, cutlery, toaster jug ,microwave fridge. Shower was large and worked well Free internet. Handy location to main street where restaurants shops and bars are located. All within walking distance. Shower and toilet large and adequate. Couch and reasonable table were added bonuses. Beds where very comfortable and fresh clean linen and towels.

Electric socket with plug hole was hanging off the wall and could have been dangerous to young children. Tile was missing from the base of the shower and bathroom cupboards not functional but not required also. Decor generally was dated but homely, clean and comfortable.

Location was great and the staff were lovely very helpful & friendly. My upgraded room 2bedroom apt was beautiful I would definitely book this next time. Walking distance to everything.

The standard room is a basic but totally fine to stay in with everything you need good option if you’re on a budget but the new renovated rooms are beautiful especially 2bedroom.

Location couldn't have been better, as we were able to walk into town to have a meal at night. It was quiet inside our room, we supplied our own breakfast, but used the plates, cups, utensils provided. Shower was brilliant, heaps of hot water and excellent pressure. We were 4 days late in getting to the motel, as I ended up in hospital, but I phoned and explained the situation and they were happy to keep our room for when we were able to be there. We were also offered the chance to stay a few days longer, but we had to get back home, so unable to accept . Would highly recommend this motel to anyone who wishes to stay.

The booking made through Booking.com was for a room with three beds. The property owner contacted me once the booking was processed to advise they didn't have any rooms with three beds available and as such Booking.com should not have sold me that booking. I explained my travelling circumstances with the property owner and confirmed the detail under which I had been offered a booking through Booking.com was for a room with three beds. The property owner made arrangements to ensure my booking was honoured and set up a room with three beds. It was greatly appreciated.

Nothing to report. I was satisfied with the efforts the property owners made to honour the booking made.

We contacted the manager to see if we could get an early check in. They were very accommodating and pleasant about letting us do this. We also asked about places to eat, taxis etc. and all the information given we very helpful

The double bed in our room could do with a little maintenance as it did sound like it was going to break every time I rolled over. However it was still very comfortable.
