Very kind people working in the hotel, the food was excellent. The pool and wellness are small, but clean and nice.

Some parts of the hotel are obsolete, balcony for example, the drinks are expensive, in rest area of wellness it would be better to have some more comfortable chairs. We would appreciate possibility to get/buy snack for a hike.

Went for hiking and wanted to find a hotel close by. It’s a nice place with good location and wellness facilities as well. Both breakfast and dinner were OK.

Breakfast was fine, basic and the staff very polite. I liked most the family atmosphere outdoor: it was friendly, lively yet peaceful. The most important part of the holiday was the area: beautiful and calm

We didn’t like the view of not finished works at the renovation parts of the hotel. And the fact that the offered massages had to done by a noisy pool as well as with a window through which the people from pool could see us.

Wellness was very good, nice pool, many different saunas.

The staff wasnt polite and helpful at all, nobody spoke english, they didnt understand us. We had very few choiches for dinner, there was no buffet. The hotel policy was inconsistent with covid rules. All in all, we have the feeling that they wasnt professional.

The food during dinner was very untasty. There was music playing even after 10 p.m. in the terace, so we could not sleep with an open window and it was very hot in the room, because the number did not have an air-conditioning or any ventilator. Some parts definitelly need redecoration. The shower did not close properly so part af the water was gathering on the bathroom floor and then running to the room itself so it was unpleasant to step out. There is a billiard table, but it is not placed perfectly forizontally, so the balls would gather around one spot every game. Totally overprised hotel.
