Very nice little hotel. The room was amazing: spacious, high-end furniture, functional, quiet. There are good shutters to make it dark in summer. Booking states that there is no breakfast but the hotel offers every guest a hot drink + a croissant in their cafe-restaurant. You can also buy further breakfast options. we ate there for dinner, breakfast and lunch and the food was very good and great value for money. the restaurant-cafe is very popular so reserve a table beforehand!

Just some details that didn't bother us but can be useful for others: the bathroom is not soundproof, the sofa-bed is small, there some stairs inside the maisonette room number 7.

This was a lucky last minute find over New Years! Wonderful location right next to the Ulm Minster in the old town, with all the sights within walking distance. Parking is available in a nearby underground car park and wasn't a problem at all as we could drive right up to the hotel to drop our luggage and repack the car when leaving. Large spacious modern rooms with all amenities. Breakfast at the cafe underneath was delicious - freshly baked pastries and fantastic coffee! The staff were incredibly helpful and when I requested a kettle to make tea, and she was able to bring me one right away. Altogether we loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Amazing location in the pedestrianised area right next to the Ulmer Münster. It literally is the ideal location from which to explore the city as the public transport links are fabulous too. And there is ample parking at the 'Parkhaus am Rathaus' which is only 200m from the hotel and at €18 for a whole day, not bad at all. Not to forget that the room is modern, spacious and clean AND the staff in the cafe from which you collect your key card and the complimentary drink and croissant are laaavely. :-) Actually all the food we had (croissants, poached egg, arancini) was exceptionally tasty AND the first time I had a proper Aperol Spritz outside Italy. Can full heartedly recommend the place and if I ever need accommodation in Ulm again, I'll be back.

Nothing at all

The location was excellent, but we did have to walk a ways to the car park. The coffee shop below the hotel is charming and the service is friendly and warm. This is where you go to check into your room, which is a bit strange but not bad. The room was very large! Bathroom was great. It was a little loud at night, but this is the same for any inner-city hotel. We would definitely stay here again. Very friendly and helpful staff!

The location, right next to the Minster was great. The morning coffee and croissant were nice to have included. The bathroom was good.

There was not adequate A/C--just a stand unit that never did cool the room enough to sleep comfortably. We travel as a couple and there was only one chair, which meant that someone had to use the bed as a chair. We knew there wasn't on-site parking, but that was a disadvantage. No option for hot tea in the room.

Good value small hotel with a nice cafe underneath. Very well located and clear attention to detail in the rooms, which were decorated nicely and full.of little touches like Italian sweets and coffee pods.The only not so great thing was that the room was quite hot, despite the pouring rain outside. But the staff had clearly tried to help with that at least, by leaving a fan in the room. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great boutique Hotel concept - modern building with large rooms, beautiful views of the Munster and a café on the ground floor with great food and fun vibe.

The staff were so busy in Cafe and could not give attention to the guests. They were kind but super busy.

It was a very warm summer day and the room was very warm at night. We used the Dyson fan but it was still hard to fall asleep due to the heat

The staff was very friendly, weicoming and very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The location was perfect with parking close by. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We would stay again
