The staff was wonderful as was the breakfast. (Shout out to the three front desk people we interacted with, and the lovely breakfast lady.) The room was clean and updated with one issue…the bathroom door was a slider and it was extremely hard to move. My husband had to free me from the bathroom. The pool was extremely crowded and could have been clearer, and I wish there was more shade around it. Sadly, Biloxi as a whole is in great need of repair. Mother Nature has not been kind to this area. Overall, though, if I was back in the area, I would stay at this hotel again.

This was our third attempt at a hotel on this stay. Original booked hotel did not live up to advertised expectations, Pool was disgusting. Supposedly had just put in chlorine tabs and that is why the water was murky and grey- it was disinfecting? Gross! I suggested they do the "cleaning" at night when no one can see it. Hard Rock booking was a disaster- rooms falling apart- dirty- after booking for 8 days we were told that we could only stay 7 due to long term stay residency requirements. The staff at this Hotel was extremely understanding and after hearing our story, they made sure to put us in a quiet room that the manager on duty at the time, felt was the best option. Room was spacious, clean, quiet. Bathroom very spacious. The only suggestion I would make is to have one more chair in the room. Housekeeper Gwen was amazing! Breakfast was awesome. Great choices, plenty of room to spread out, real bagels! Pool area very clean and well kept. Will definetly stay here again.

The only thing that would make the stay better is a second chair in the room and quieter music at the pool.

View from room was the gulf of Mexico. Play frogger and you're on the beach! (please be careful) In the middle of everything, pick a side and just drive that way to find something. Stayed for 4 nights and breakfast was great every morning. More than enough to make it to dinner or have a light snack for lunch. King suite with sofa bed room was HUGE! Biggest room I've stayed in so far. Bed was comfortable. Our teen slept on the sofa bed, but then slept on the sofa the rest of the nights. He said he preferred the sofa.

No body soap, snagged a new one though and replaced it. Handle on drawer fell off. I finger tightened it back, but it kept falling off, the threads were broken on the handle. Put it back the best I could.

I liked the room view and the location of the hotel. The room itself was a nice size as well and comfortable. I liked the option to be able to have used the next door hotels pool as well even though this hotels pool was very convenient and available. I also liked the beds however the pillows were tooooooo soft as soon as my head laid on it it went flat so there wasn't mush support for my head/neck.

I didn't like the small faucet in the bathroom it made it very hard to use its set to close to the counter it needs to come out in the sink bowl more. I wished there was slice cheese option for the grits and not just shredded cheese on the breakfast line also bacon should be added and another waffle maker the line to make waffles was too long of a wait for a hotel where everyone would possibly want waffles so adding another waffle maker would probably help alot and keep the wait line down.

The stay was great. I really like the staff that was there at the time because they went above and beyond for me. I arrived during check out times and was notified the manager canceled my room but they quickly found me another and upgraded.

I DID NOT LIKE THAT CHECK IN IS 3-10pm AND I ARRIVED AT 8pm TO FIND OUT THAT THE MANAGER CANCELED MY ROOM AND CHARGED MY CARD. WHEN I BOOKED, I PUT ON MY BOOKINGS I WOULD ARRIVE IN THE EVENING. I ARRIVED WITH 2 YOUNG KIDS AND HAD TO WAIT TO SORT THE MESS OUT. SHE SHOULD HAVE GAVE ME A Courtesy CALL TO CHECK IN WITH ME. SHE DID NOT. I WAS TOLD THAT SHE CANCELED TWO OTHERS BEFORE LEAVING JUST BECAUSE. THANK YOU TO THE STAFF FOR STEPPING UP. AFTER WORKING ALL DAY AND TRAVELING, THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED.

We stayed at the biloxi location! I really enjoyed our stay!! The two pregnant ladies we loved the most! Someone canceled our booking this day of our reservation but I this her name was Jaz she's like 7mths pregnant( only way I can describe her) but made sure we got a room that night!! I really appreciated her an may God bless those ladies!!! Only hotel wit heated pool!! Ohhhhh I can't forget da cookies omg FANTASTIC will most definitely stay again

Everything was really nice ,you can see the beach from the window, Great view,it was a rainy weekend didn't get to visit beach,but overall was very nice

I didn't like when we arrived we had to wait for a room to be cleaned, Check in is 300 O'clock, and we arrived at 1:00 0'clock, They were not busy at the time ,maybe they clean them all at the same time or they was short staff ,maybe I should of called and said I was arriving early The room was cleaned but I felt like it was rushed. Just saying

Staff at front desk were not friendly or helpful. I asked to checkout and was told I couldn't leave a key in my room and the room lock would be changed now. I asked to add my Hilton points number to my account and she seemed not to understand that I wanted to get credit for my points. The housekeeping staff came up to the corner (on the business side) and the desk clerk left with her talking about a staff issue and left me mid sentence standing there for a least two minutes. I call that bad customer service! On another occasion I asked about sites/restaurants and she wasn't able to articulate any information nor was there any at the desk

The a staff member wait for me to check-in at 9pm and called ne by name. She was so helpful and friendly. I could talk to her any day. Thursday morning the same with desk clerk happened. These two ladies was a breath of fresh air and an asset to the Hampton. They know how to make you feel at home.

I did not see instructions on how to work the television? But I did figure it out.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, Breakfast was delicious and staff who prepared it was very nice and friendly and helpful without being asked the waffle maker was empty and he immediately came over and said he’s refilling it, also at the pool the Staff was very friendly he brought us towels and turned on the hot tub bubbles for us without being asked . We had a great stay and will return .
