Breakfast wasn't served, we always went out and ate or brought our food back to room, it had a microwave and a small fridge in it for drinks. The bed was a king size bed, and it was so comfortable I wanted to bring it home with me. The location was awesome for our stay in Maggie Valley. The housekeeper Tammy was great, she made sure we had extra towels each day. The maintence man was there on site when our curtain fell, I went out and got him and he came in and fixed it. Mrs. Sue at front desk was so awesome, and so sweet. I've told everyone about our experience at the Valley Inn and would I return? YES!!!!

Everything was great! The price was not the $70 a night presented to me here though. I was billed a higher amount one day, a slightly lower amount the other three, totalling just a few dollars more overall. But not a big deal. The fire pit and stream out back was very relaxing.

The shower valve needed replacing in my room. It was slipping adjusting hot/cold but minimally workable. I brought it up with the front desk as I checked out. The 1970's called and want that dark paneling back. lol these are 1st world problems. It was a great stay and value for it.

Right next to a rushing stream, so a pleasant place to sit and enjoy breakfast. Room was nice and big. Water pressure in shower was good. Front desk staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly and helpful.

Parking near the room was a little scarce, but that happens. Ice machine a little out of the way, but easily accessed by car, so, again, not that bad of a thing.

The convenience and the staff was really sweet and she actually fixed our TV because it did not work. Which by the way you need to get a surge protector on those TVs and the boxes and also the refrigerator and microwave. The room was very large which was nice. A little updating would be really good. Being next to the creek was very nice.

Could have had bigger better pillows! Bed was squeaky! Other than that, we enjoyed our day in an older more nostalgic-type mountain hotel! More ambiance than newer hotels. And Jonathan Creek is an added bonus! The lady at desk was very personable. She said they were remodeling office and working on having breakfast for customers! We did not see an ice machine, could have been one???

The location was good & relaxing, we loved being right on the river. there was swings, a firepit & gazebo along the river also there was rocking chairs outside the rooms. The owner was very friendly.

the only thing we didnt like was the bed was hard and the pillows are flat..I would suggest to upgrade the pillows.

Very cozy, clean room with a comfortable bed and no issues with the hot water. Other places we've stayed at the water would go hot to cold to scolding. Pet friendly. Family oriented. Listening to the creek was awesome. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Nothing. Everything was great!

Our room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful..we had a great stay. Fridge, microwave, coffee pot was an added bonus. We were close to many restaurants and attractions. Our next time up this way we will be staying here at The Valley Inn.

The Valley Inn is my new go to hotel in Maggie Valley! its not the newest or the most fancy , but for a country boy like me it is a great place , the room was clean and comfortable with a view of the river!

We loved everything about our stay. Staff was super friendly and answered any questions we had. They also gave great recommendations for food close by. The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be returning here for all our future trips!
