The location is very suitable for Naples and around walks and explorations due to train station nearby, airport shuttle as well and bus other bus stops. In walking reach to the center but nearby you have also great restaurants with amazing food and way better/realistic prices than the tourist ones in the center. Breakfast that starts in 7AM (they prepare you the coffee at the reception bar and it tastes great) is a plus so you have a quick head start to explore in the early mornings when it is not that hot and not packed with tourists. Bed was comfy, room size is fine, AC works. And they clean your room in daily basis, nice. Hotel staff are responsive, kind and try to help.

Not to be considered a minus for the hotel and nothing to be done about it but bare in mind that the location/surrounding areas could be "interesting" at night due to shady persons and their behavior on substances. It is just how it is in Naples in a lot of areas. And yes, those areas can get dirty.

The location was perfect for me. Just over 10 minutes walk to the train station. I arrived and left by train so this was perfect for me. The staff are very friendly and relaxed. I arrived very late and was checked in very quickly and helped with my luggage. Reception is 24/7 which was great for me as I checked out at 4:30am to catch an early train. Hotel is in a nice quiet area but also close to major attractions. The room had everything I needed and was clean Bed very comfortable.

Drawer was broken And a few ants in the floor However these are only really small things and I would recommend staying here

The staff were friendly, helpful and organised. I had a last minute reservation due to a cancelled flight and the room was clean with air conditioning and a very large bathroom. I could store my back after check out. Good value for money.

Out of the hotel's control but the street leading up to the hotel from the train station was dark so it was not so reassuring walking alone and being unfamiliar with Napoli.

Friendly and helpful staff. General cleanliness. Location: for those who don't mind walking 10-15 minutes, there is something to be seen or to connect to public transport.

Some items in rooms need fixing. Plumbing sometimes makes noise. Toilet can also smell a bit before the rain.

Best cappuccino for breakfast. Excellent curly haired girl at the reception, she helped us a lot. Location 5 minute walk to Garibaldi metro station for inside the city & 2 minute walk to Circumvesuviana Station for outside the city.

Basic breakfast but does the job.

The hotel was very good. The room was a good size and everything was clean and tidy and worked well. The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, and altogether a good stay.

Our rooms were at the end of a corridor and the wi-fi signal was poor. Apart from that, it was a very good stay.

Good location, large suite with two rooms

Wi-Fi could be better, cleanness may be improved as there was some dust on/in the furniture, in a day we found all our things stacked in cabinets/wardrobe, all together, clothes, candies, chargers, slippers, the maid argued that it was the boss request to proceed like that as they wanted to have some pictures of the room. Everything was like it was a police search.

The hotel is located very near to the Main railway station (10 minutes walk), where an Alibus runs from and to the airport. There is also a garage just around the corner to park your car (30 € a day). The room was spacious and clean, the staff polite and friendly.

The location of the accommodation was pretty good. The staff members were polite and everytime we needed something they helped us.

We would like to suggest to have a minibar in the room because we bought some drinks and food and we were not able to put it somewhere. The same goes to the trash bin, which was only 1 in the bathroom.

Very nice and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is near (ca. 8-10 min walk) to the central train station.

The location of the hotel in the city itself (Mercado) was not the best - could have been cleaner.
