Hotel located close to the center, very good breakfast, comfortable beds, clean, very helpful staff, parking

opening hours of the wellness area and swimming pool are too short, the welcome drink is served only from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., why???

The bed and the room were amazing, the room was big and comfortable, and the bed was really good, no back pain at all. The staff was helpful and welcoming, and the location was very good for us-on the edge of the forest, near beautiful trails, birds singing in the morning. The spa was nice and well equipped.

1. The food-was simply not tasty. The scrambled eggs were snotty and without taste, no dicersity of cheese or sauseges, not what i was expecting. 2. The location was far from the center, we had no problem with that, but if you want to get to the fountains thats about 1 km away with going up and down. 3. For the ladies-the spa is clothing optional

It is a very nice hotel. Friendly stuff and delicious food. We had breakfasts and dinners, both were all you can eat. Spa is gorgeous. Great location, easy to get anywhere.

We couldn't sleep that great, because you can hear everything is happening behind the windows and in hotel. You can here showers and if anyone upstairs flashing the restroom. Cold swimming pool, it says it is 27C, but honestly feels like 17C.

Everything went great, just some small imperfections that made me rate it 9/10 and not 10/10. None of the following ruined or even mildly affected our stay there. - Sometimes the guests were very noisy on the outside patio in the evening. Even late in the evening and past midnight. If you like to sleep with windows open you need earplugs. - Room windows were missing blackout curtains. So from around 6 in the morning it was already bright even with curtains closed. - If you travel by car - remember to book a parking spot in advance.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It’s very nice, clean, and has a charming atmosphere. The rooms are cozy and spacious, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is great and varied. We also enjoyed the nice spa area, especially the whirlpool. The surroundings are quiet, with a forest nearby. We stayed in the Annex building, so we had to walk to the main building nearby for the spa and breakfast, but we were aware of this in advance, so it wasn’t a problem. The villa is situated at the top of a hill, so reaching it from the center may be bit challenging for some due to the many stairs. However, it wasn’t an issue for us.

Nice quiet location, spacious clean room, liked the spa.

Variety of food at breakfast was standard, nothing outstanding. Parking. There is only a small parking area behind the hotel. Paid CZK 425 (EUR 17) for parking per night, but instead of proper parking place I had to squeeze the car into a spot where many drivers might find it difficult to manoeuvre the car into. Some people might not like reversing the car through a narrow corridor when leaving the parking area (if it is full there is now way to turn around).

Nice looking hotel with spacious rooms with decent curtains (rare in the Czech Republic!). Indoor pool was nice. Front desk personnel were helpful. Booked a massage on the spot and it was great.

While the front desk people speak English and can help you with some of the hotel facilities, the people in the dining room don't. They don't really make an effort of helping you. Given the complexity of the hotel, knowing what facilities are where and which you can access can feel confusing.

The buffet both for breakfast and dinner was rich and diverse. We also liked the spa area. The staff was friendly and helpful, when we asked them for additional towels, they were delivered to our room almost immediately.

Our room was located in a different building than the spa area, so when we wanted to go there, we had to walk 50 meters in bathrobes in the cold. They might want to consider investing in a heated tunnel. Furthermore, many spa treatments that are advised on a website were not available for booking during the time of our stay.

This hotel is located in a quiet resort area among ancient villas and parks. Breakfast and access to the spa complex were included in the room rate. The hotel is within walking distance of the railway and bus station. Some shops and cafes/restaurants are located nearby.

The hotel is located in two separate buildings. You have to go outside to get to the restaurant and spa center which is not very convenient in the cold season. There were not much space and lockers in the spa center. On the last day, the entering cards stopped working and we had to ask the maid to open our door.

cakes for dinner were terrible, it was cut hours before dinner and got dry, smelled after fridge. We stayed 6 days and asked for cleaning after the 3rd night, but cleaning only included emptying the bins, no bed change nothing else,
