The hotel is modern with excellent facilities like the gym and spa...My room was spacious with everything I needed...The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have seen in Portugal...Staff are friendly and outgoing...

The hotel is starting show it's age and a makeover would bring it back to a 5 star rating...The mattress should be replaced...Not comfortable at all...Also when ordering room service a cart sould be used for the dining experience...Not just a tray with nowhere to set it, but your lap...This a Hotel 101...No No...Also lighting in the room is too dark...A direct cable service should be installed...Not Satellite...Trying to watch Braga football on Sport Tv freezing is not enjoyable...

Facilities, breakfast, room, walking distance to my conference venue

They are very controlling about the swimming pool towels for some reason. Water in the outdoor pool is very cold. I have the impression that they do it on purpose because spa access is paid separately (with indoor pool). They said I took stuff from the mini bar, although they didn’t make a big fuss when I said no, it was a bit strange experience. Staff were somewhat dry at times

Big common areas and beautiful swimmingpool. Helpful and kind staff. Exceptional breakfast. The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Perfect that you get towels to swim.

We were travelling with 3 teenagers, who -following the hotel advice- stayed in one bedroom. Well, we had to remind on the spot to set up the room for three people. Also, the rooms are not suitable for 3 people, specially because of the way the toilet and shower are set up: always one of those is fully exposed. Indoor swimminpool requires extra payment.

A very good hotel with all amenities available. Friendly staff. Good ambience in the reception. Comfortable room with good room service. Easy access to town. The staff could converse in english very well. The breakfast was brilliant.

Had to wait a long time for a taxi which was ordered by the reception. The problem is that, the reception orders the taxi but the driver is not given a name. Therefore when they reach the drive way, all the customers waiting for taxis run towards it and the first one in gets to go!!

I did not like that we had to pay extra per person, as I inserted the number of people per room as well as the age of the children while making the booking. Upon arrival hotel staff told us that there were 2 rooms for couple and 2 rooms whereby there was only one person allowed per room and that they had nothing to do with the booking.com.

The aesthetics are lovely, the restaurant food was good and the staff very helpful

Breakfast queue for omelettes. We were part of a very large group - about 200 people, and I think they couldn’t cope with so many people wanting cooked breakfasts! But they were all doing their best - and the food was nice A couple of the lights in our room didn’t work. Other than that no complaints

Very clean, rooms were very comfortable, breakfast was really good.

The staff could be more courteous given this is a 5 star Hotel, not that they were rude or anything, but there is a certain level to maintain in order to offer a 5 star appearance to the Hotel.

The food in their hotel from the breakfast to the dinner the options aren’t too many. We mostly had the breakfast and it was mediocre. The lighting in the rooms was dim.

Good hotel with everything you would need. Gorgeous breakfast, spa zone, gym, big pool at the territory. Good place to stay with family or for couple.

After checking into the room there was a slight feeling of sticky floors. And after another cleaning we noticed someone's hair on the still wet floor.

This hotel delivers! Very modern, with spacious, stylish, and clean rooms! There is a gym, a spa, an inside and outside pools which are at your disposal. On sunny warms days, perfect to hang around the outside pool and sip some drinks. The breakfast is excellent here.

If I have to be really picky, that would be that the hotel is a bit further from the city center (45 min walk), and it is on the pricier side.
