The room was excellent as a couple Very bougie interior. A choice of teas/coffee at the hot drinks station. A hairdryer available too. You could pair your phone to the tv and watch your app from your phone. All the different receptionists I encountered were super friendly and helpful l I particularly liked the area. It's quiet and withing walking distance of some normal coffee shops and food places. Dam square is a walk, 35mins to be precise. I would definitely stay here again. Personally speaking, once you have done Dam square, you really don't need to do it again. It really reminded me of Leicester Square. Tourist trap restaurants with mid/bad food. And just lots of smoking coffee shops. They did have shopping's places with big designer stores. There is plenty of walking. So defo wear comfortable trainers. Do not wear boots, tour feet will ache. I am already planning my next trip, and will definitely be staying here again. Thankyou.

The sink had a bad smell coming through The toilet has a gap at the bottom and not very private/soundproof. The windows steaming up so we couldn't look at. Very minor things but the view was nice and sunrises were amazing.

Friendly & approachable staff at reception, very clean & presentable. The room had a very high ceiling and was well laid out, good storage spaces and lighting options.

The poor reviews gave a bad impression, we were relieved with the room, which was in good, clean condition.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The place was clean, which made us feel comfortable right away. It was also very calm and peaceful, providing the perfect environment to relax and unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, clean getaway!

While we appreciated how clean and calm the property was, there were a few drawbacks. We stayed in the basement area, and the numerous small stairs leading down to the rooms were a bit inconvenient, specially with our luggage. Additionally, there wasn't enough counter space or areas to place our belongings, which made organizing things a bit challenging. Overall, still a pleasant stay.

Very friendly check in and they were able to accommodate my request. They remembered it was a birthday and the room had balloons. We had an upgrade, and the room was large and spacious. Great colours, ambiance, lighting and plenty of plugs! Great location in a quiet area, however just minutes from a lively street market, bars and restaurants and on the tram line to central station.

The mattress was a little soft for my liking. Only shower gel in the shower, nothing by the sink for washing hands. Room was a little tired in places, some of the furniture could be renewed.

The hotel is located right in the city center—we walked everywhere! The room was beautiful and quiet. There's coffee available on the ground floor (we didn’t use it because the room was cleaned every day, and new coffee capsules were replenished!). We were amazed by the staircase, it’s stunning... but we didn’t dare to walk down and always used the elevator. Huge thanks for a wonderful stay!

As for the downsides: the toilet – we are a married couple, so it didn’t bother us too much (the door and the lack of soundproofing in the toilet), and the shower itself – it doesn't close, so water can spill out, but the cleaning service took care of it.

Great location slightly out of the centre, but near to a wide variety of decent restaurants and in walking distance of the sights. Also close to the tram routes and the Metro. The room was clean and quiet with a very comfy bed and great shower. The staff were friendly, helpful and accomodating. We were able to leave our bags and use the lounge area outside of our check in time, and borrow an umbrella. We enjoyed exploring on the hotel's well maintained bikes, that can be hired at a very reasonable rate.

Although the room was stylish and ticked all the important boxes it was a bit spartan in the fittings. We could have done with bit more storage in the room and better lighting for reading. Some comfortable chairs would be a welcome addition

The location was great! Pretty much walking distance to everything, the luggage storage option was really handy and the staff were very helpful! The bed was very comfortable as well and the room clean.

On the basement level it was quite noisy with people coming and going relatively late and could also hear noises upstairs and whenever cars left. My room was right next to the car park so also couldn’t really have the curtains open. The second shower head would also spray directly into the room if you turned the shower on the wrong way and was quite slippery. The tap would also make random bubbling noises at night. There was also a stain on the carpet.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Boutique Hotel Oosteinde, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any request we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Their warm hospitality really stood out. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Boutique Hotel Oosteinde for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable accommodation with great service!

Although the hotel is slightly outside the central areas, we didn’t find it to be much of an issue. With Uber readily available, getting to the main attractions was quick and easy, so it didn’t affect our plans at all.

Lovely hotel, staff were friendly and spoke perfect English. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a premium room for our stay and we were allowed to checkin early with no additional payment charge. The room was spacious and had a modern feel. The hotel was easy to access via public transport with a main tram stop only being a 3-5 minute walk away. Would recommend to our friends who are looking for a place to stay whilst visiting Amsterdam. Thank-you!
