Great hotel, the location is super! The staff is very orientated to solve all questions, thank you very much! Very comfortable beds, cosy interior and nice wood smell in the room! Will keep this hotel and would love to come back here again!

Very cute and quaint boutique hotel. Very small and friendly. The reception go out of their way to make you feel welcome and make sure you have everything you need.

Although the hotel room was small, it appeared well thought out, and it was tastefully decorated. We found it very cute. It was walking distance from the sea front and restaurants. We would definitely consider this hotel if staying in Arcachon again.

If there is a possibility, hooks in the shower for towels. Also, both my husband and myself have neck problems. A choice of pillows would have been welcome. Although the pillows were beautifully soft, unfortunately, some people need firm pillows. This most definitely would not put us off staying again, we would take our pillows next time.

Location is perfect and quick walk to restaurants and the charming city. Easy walk to train station. Balcony & AC was a huge factor as well in the selection of hotel stay. The stag is very welcoming and helpful. Charming hotel, we had a great short visit for the WE. Loved that there was a dog mat for his water & food bowl! 🐶👌🏼 very helpful while traveling Free water bottles per day in room.

Not a huge thing but more of an FYI. I booked a double room and then hotel changed the room. Not sure if it affected the size. I maybe should have reserved a larger room for future. Room was slight awkward with a short closet. But what made it odd; a short bedside table in front of it so it was hard to reach and get your clothes. Was not aware of charge until after booking.35€ per night charge for my little dog; not sure why as he takes up no space. Room was very small and near elevator which we could hear a lot of foot traffic and noise at night:early mornings. It would’ve been more convenient to have a mini bar for cold beverages. But honestly not a big deal for short trip. Arcachon gets really hot in the summer!

Centrally located, pretty hotel, very friendly staff. They even called to inform us that our daughter forgot her teddybear and are sending it back now!

Well located, beautifully decorated, very helpful staff. Great attention to detail and didn’t feel like « just another hotel ». Also, the bed was excellent and there was one squishy pillow and one firm one on each side of the bed. Love having pillow choices!!

Such a charming hotel right in the middle of gorgoues Arachon.. Everything was perfect... Staff very friendly and helpful and the lovely lady who checked us in didnt make us feel silly when we didn't understand how the qr code worked for carpark..breakfast was beautiful....

One thing ...not important... eggs already cooked for us would have been nice as hard boiled eggs hot are hard to peel... But really not a problem.... Size of room.a bit small but we didn't mind as everything was great...

Location . Room. The staff on my arrival, on 15 th July.The young lady was fully polite, did my early check in and gave me precious information about transport and tourist attractions.

I didn’t like that the breakfast is too much late, 8.30, it should start at least 7.30 or 8 o’clock..People need time to visit the city in early hours also.

The location is absolutely wonderful. Staff very helpful, the hotel ticks almost all boxes.

Literally one thing. The room is 11 square metres. Luckily you spend very little time in the room . Other than that, the hotel and staff are excellent.
