The lady at reception was rude I don’t want to munition her name but the other stuff was good. The shower was broken.

They can make better hospitality on check in it was poor in my arrival.

It’s in a beautiful area of town where you feel safe. The pool was perfect.

Staff seemed a bit arrogant.

Spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly furnished, the rooms provide a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring or business. As for the facilities, they're exceptional. From a refreshing dip in the pool to dining in their exquisite restaurant and unwinding in the serene spa, every aspect of the hotel caters to your needs and desires with impeccable precision. Its prime location in the heart of Casablanca adds another layer of appeal to the hotel, offering easy access to the city's top attractions, shopping, and dining experiences. The hotel's additional services, including room service and concierge, were seamlessly organized, adding an effortless quality to my entire stay. Thinking back, I honestly can't suggest what could have been better. The hotel exceeded all my expectations with their perfect blend of attention to detail, exceptional service, and splendid facilities

The building was beautiful and well maintained.

The quality of service was well below that expected of a 5-star hotel. Breakfast tables not set, all meals took a very long time to be delivered, staff never asked about our satisfaction, to mention just some of the issues. Staff, although plentiful, were generally inattentive, with the exception of the hard working pool attendant.

We enjoyed the design of the hotel. elegant and tranquil as well as the food in the restaurant. Staff were almost all very friendly and helpful, special mention to the young lady on the reception desk ( sorry I don't remember her name )

One thing that wasn't good was the noise from the street in front of our room. Despite it appearing to have double glazing, we had to use ear plugs from the airline to get some sleep. Another minor dislike was the smell of incense in the hallway but other guests may find it pleasant.

I loved the suites on the fourth floor! I really liked the staff and how helpful they were. Also found the vibe of this hotel to be unique and homey unlike some of the brand luxury hotels. A very genuine place to stay in downtown Casablanca. Love eating at La Pergola !!!

Great hotel good location. No problems at all. The room was very comfy and plenty of room.

We liked the classic style of the hotel. the rooms are on the edge of needing a little bit of a refresh but excellent.

the staff is very under trained especially rude at the reception we asked for a cot up on arrival and it never made ir even after many requests sunday at 9am they were homering above our heads even after we asked for them to stop

The overall déco in all the common spaces, the veranda and the pool garden, the comfort of the room, the art-deco details, the stuning hall....

The bartender was no experienced and the waitstaff at the bar slow and unfriendly; small choice of amenities in the bathroom.

Rooms were comfortable. Pool and restaurant area very attractive and relaxing.

We had an issue with the bedroom door key, the system failed and took some time for the repair people to fix it.
