B&B Hotel Modena is a great choice for anyone visiting the city. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the essential amenities. The staff are very helpful. It offers good value for money, especially considering its convenient location close to the centre and a short drive away to many of the car museums in the area. The breakfast is fresh and varied, a great start to the day. Overall, a reliable and comfortable stay – highly recommended.

We were allowed to do the check-in two hours in advance, which was great for us as we were in a rush for an event. The hotel is great location-wise, we needed to find a place for dinner in a real rush and turns out there are 2-3 restaurants right next to the hotel, same thing for the breakfast as we did it outside of the hotel :) - the facilities within the H are pretty well maintained. The staff were super welcoming & responsive. Thanks :)))

Generally the bathroom could have been cleaned better.

The information what we got on the reception was perfect.

The breakfast was not continental breakfast, only croissant, jam, cafe, orange juice. It was not highlighted on the booking phase.

A lovely place to stay while exploring Modena. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood with hardly any tourists. Restaurants and sights are just a short walk away. Tram stops right in front of the hotel and can take you anywhere. Paola at the front desk was very helpful and kind! When we mentioned we didn’t have patio furniture, minutes later two kind lads from the front desk brought us chairs for the veranda - above and beyond service!

The shower needs a bit of TLC - cracking tiles, mold and aging shower head. The door makes a horrible buzzing sound when opening with the keypad… kind of like a jail cell…!

B&B Hotel Modena is a good hotel to stay in for a few days while exploring nearby cities. It is a 25 minute walk from the centre with the main landmarks and restaurants in Modena, which is also quite convenient. The hotel has parking right outside, which is a huge plus! Also the refrigerators and vending machines in the lobby of the hotel are a very handy touch!

However, the hotel had minor quibbles such as noisy room locks that sometimes woke us up at night. The breakfast could also be improved. But overall everything was perfect.

Hotel is a walking distance to the city centre (ca. 25 min). There are a lot of free parking spaces outside the hotel. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good, it didn't have a huge variety, some basics (ham, cheese, scrambled egg, sausages, pastries, yoghurt), but it's what you pay for. There is a nice pizzeria close to the hotel.

Room key is a code which you have to enter, it is very load. It's not a huge minus, but it's something you hear when your neighbours return back as it makes unpleasant beeping noise.

This is an excellent hotel about 2ks from Centro, with bus access to Centro outside the hotel. Ample free parking on the property. Room is small but adequate for two, and housekeeping is great with daily maid service.

We stayed at the property on the weekend expecting to get buses to Centro but the bus service is non existent on weekends, so spent some money on taxis back and forth.

I would like to thank the staff, since they made our stay very special. We had a room, and they gave us one in the 8th floor, It was a very large and specious room. However, my GF is afraid of heights, and she started to have a sort of panic attack. The staff from downstairs, they were so friendly to change the room for us (thankfully there was one room available) and we were on the 3rd floor. We also waited for a shipment to arrive for us in the hotel, and every time we went inside the hotel the front desk (without us asking) would let us know that it didn't arrive yet, which was very helpful. Don't skip the breakfast, since its very delicious. Plenty options to choose. There was free parking outside of the hotel, or paid, secured underground parking. The hotel is based outside of the old town, however you can get the bus which is immediately after the parking. Bathroom was quite large.

on the 2nd room, some lights weren;t working, and the room was quite small (maybe since the 1st room was very large). The ventilation in the bathroom wasn't working as well. So maybe they need some reparation to do around.

Good location, comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Swift check in with friendly staff.

Breakfast is underwhelming. I have stayed in previous B&B hotel....and it's similar. I shall not bother in future.

Antonella at check in was amazing. She was so friendly and welcoming and she proactively provided recommendations for restaurants, things to do in Modena, including balsamic, Parma cheese and ham facilities, etc. she is a very big asset to the hotel and to the guests. We needed parking and the free city parking on site was a great option for us. We were able to park directly in front of the hotel’s entrance for free without any issue. while we typically like to be more centrally located, we needed the parking and this was a good option for us with the center being a 20 - 25 minute walk.

The hotel is listed as having air conditioning and it does have air conditioning , but it was not available for use at the time we were there even though it was hot. we were told that they are not allowed to turn on the AC yet and I am not sure if this is a hotel or a government rule. Antonella did her best to accommodate us by providing a fan and by changing our room to a non west facing room. We appreciated Antonella making these extra efforts to make us as comfortable as possible within her he constraints she was working under, but the room was still quite warm.
