Only interacted with staff on check in but he could not have been more helpful and nice. Amazing customer service. The pool was a bit small but nice to have, hot tub was a lifesaver after a long flight. Room was clean, bed was very comfy, fridge, and microwave. Breakfast had a nice selection. I do not eat dairy, egg, or gluten but they had protein, oatmeal, fresh fruit and juice.

The sausage was super greasy and i had to "milk" it with a napkin before I could eat it. No other meat options. Gluten free muffins or bread of some kind would have been nice. But honestly you did as good or better then any other hotel I have stayed in, thank you!

Checked in late but the man at the desk was friendly and very helpful. Large room, comfortable bed, very good WiFi, microwave and mini fridge always a plus. On this trip, really appreciated the guest laundry room! Airport shuttle also came in handy since friends gave me a ride to hotel and I didn't want to burden them requesting a ride to the airport the next day.

Wish I could've stayed longer. Also wish the restaurant on the other side of the parking lot was open on Sundays. In fact, it took a while to find somewhere in town to eat after work on Sunday since so many were closed.

Was traveling with my two teenage grandkids and small dog for Spring Break. Was nice to have a good variety of items for breakfast. The kids enjoyed using the swimming pool as part of enjoyment/fun. Was nice to be on 1st floor to take my dog out for potty and exercise. Nice location to Smith Rock. Close to hwy 97

It met all our needs

The location is very easy to find and has excellent access to a main thoroughfare in the area. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and distillery's located very close to the hotel. All of the staff were welcoming and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for us. I will definitely stay here again.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable. It feels like an older spring mattress and could use being replaced.

It felt like coming home from being away for 7 years. I felt the love pouring out the walls.

It would be nice to have a switch to turn on a lamp, at the entrance, during the night and not have to worry about tripping over furniture.

Room was good size, beds good.

Only one elevator so there was often a wait. Breakfast was okay but nothing exceptional. Some noise transferred through the walls and floors so wasn’t as quiet as other places we have stayed.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and informative. They all worked hard to make our stay a great and comfortable experience. In addition, we really liked the location.

accommodations were just right, exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. would have been great for a longer stay as well. The best thing was, I called ahead for an early check in and they were very accommodating and when I got there to check in, Katelynn was expecting me and was awesome!

another elevator at the far end would have been nice but stairs were okay.😁

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good with nice variety. The staff doing the breakfast were great at cleanliness and keeping it restocked. The room was clean and cozy. They had fresh water in the lobby which was wonderful

Staff were great, room was clean, location was perfect. We were bothered a little by a dog barking in the next room and staff resolved it speedily! People are picky and beds are never quite right 😊 but we slept well and enjoyed the breakfast.
