The best aspect of this hotel is its location, in front of MUT (Tobalaba Urban Market), a place with trendy shops and a lot of quality places to eat. Also literally on top of the metro station. We had complementary parking. The room is spacious, clean, with nice bathroom. The hotel feels modern with an artsy vibe.

The bed was a bit hard, and the night table somewhat useless. Filtered water is provided but in a bottle without seal and date stamp. There were some kids playing in the hallway until 10 pm, although this is not the Hotel's fault rather than their parents.

Room was fine. Swimming pool on top floor was a great bonus. Water fountains freely available. Efficient organisation of a day trip into the Andes. It felt like a really safe area and there were several quite good restaurants nearby. Not far from the Costanera skyscraper and shopping centre. Close to metro and easy to get into the centre of Santiago.

Breakfast was disappointing apart from the fresh fruit. Mostly processed food and pans full of frankfurter sausages that looked as if they had been around for days.

Nice and good size bedrooms and very clean. Pretty decent buffet for $16 US dollars Good water pressure in the shower The neighborhood has lots of restuarant options and stores near by. Parking is free

1) We stayed for 5 nights and they just gave us 2 complementary water bottles during our stay. If you need more water they charge you for it. 2) In the Restuarant there’s a host that pressure you all the time during your breakfast to pay your buffet. Instead of waiting at the end of your meal and give you the check.

The breakfast options. Located close to the metro make it easy to reach downtown. In front of new shopping center too. Can browse startup shop or similar store.

The hotel staff was limited in their English proficiency, which made it challenging to seek directions or recommendations. There was no electric kettle provided in the room, and the toiletries supplied were insufficient. During our four-day stay, we did not request room cleaning on the second day, resulting in a shortage of liquid soap. Considering the nightly rate of over AUD200, the value for money was lacking.

Clean and big room with comfy bed, nice shower. Besides the bedroom, excellent location and attentive staff.

It wasn’t granted us the bedroom with the view I asked for and the bedroom needed a few repairs on the flooring and plumbing that had some weird smell most of the time. It didn’t bother us since we stayed mostly out enjoying the city.

The hotel is located in a safe and nice district of Providencia, very close to metro station, shopping mall and restaurants. Our room was spacious and comfortable, very clean and well maintained. Staff was always smiling and helpful.

Some minor things - safe box did not work at our arrival because needed battery replacement. The door was not blocked upon closing and also needed to be repaired.

On arrival we requested to take the payment of the rooms, the receptionist agreed to take the payment but later during checkout they said they only took guarantee from 3 of us with our 3 different credit cards. It became a nuisance while checking out and I felt this could have handled more diligently. Express checkouts are not outdated and the hotel needs to upgrade and they need to have clear communication

Clean facilities, excellent breakfast, super comfy bed and great shower. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is amazing! Across the street from trendy MUT, walking distance to Costanera Shopping centre and train station.

Wish the tv in our bedroom was a smart tv to entertain the little ones via our streaming apps when needed.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. It was the most expensive place we stayed in Chile, and it was fine but was the nicest place we stayed. I guess that is because it is in a big city. Breakfast wasn’t included for the price. It is in a safe and comfortable part of the city.

Some wear and tear evident in the rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast not included. Expensive.

Fantastic front desk team (specifically Carol) who worked to provide early checkin options. The water dispensers were good since only a couple of water bottles are given daily.

Freezing/unusable swimming pool and the cleaning team lacked attention to detail (missing hand washing soap, dust etc).
