The location was a plus. The hotel has a car park. The breakfast was very tasty.

During the last night, some people partied loudly in the hotel car park with loud music and light organs until 2 a.m. nobody said anything. For us it was annoying, maybe we had bad luck.

This property is for the most part very very good. The staff is very courteous and helpful, the rooms are clean, the breakfast was very nice, and the location is spectacular

The only complaint I have with this property is that after requesting a lower floor room for my 80 year old mother due to the lack of an elevator, she was put in a second floor room. Not a giant issue but an issue nonetheless

Very kind, helpful staff. Hotel is beautiful, showing both the age/style of the hotel with some modern updates. Great central/yet quiet side street location for visiting Rüdesheim, especially the Christmas Markets. Breakfast was lovely each day.

The rooms were extremely clean and the staff was one of the most friendly I've ever encountered period I truly felt welcome. The rooms were also a good size in the bathroom was very modern period my only surprise was our our 'view' (promised either a streetview or a Riverview and we got a flat roof view) however this did not affect our stay and we had a wonderful time. 😊

Breakfast was very nice, there was a lot of seating options from older area to new. The hotel looks old on the outside but appears all upgraded new rooms inside. Wonderful fireplace that was nice on a rainy day.

Breakfast was excellent as was the location. We managed to get one of the 3 car parking spots. Rudesheim is a fantastic place, loved the square, gondola and walks there.

Seems a regimented place, names on tables as to where you can sit for breakfast, rather than first come you can choose, haven't experienced that before.

The room under the roof is a bit tight.

The hotel was perfect. Very nice staff. Fantastic breakfast. The location in Rudesheim was very good. The car parking with your own parking space during your stay was perfect. We will recommend it to anyone who will visit Rudesheim.

location was central and we had an easy parking . Breakfast was excellent. The young man on breakfast Sunday 11 sept was charming and helpful

The rooms were a little small. One had a bath shower which I do not prefer and one didn’t.

The staff was super nice! Ms Joanna really made us feel welcome and increased our joy and helped us to have a more quality time in Rudesheim. THANK YOU!!
