Great location with friendly staff and beautiful interior design. The spa treatments are wonderful and the on-site nail salon is super convenient. Check-in and check-out were quick and the staff were always eager to help. The room was comfortable, nicely decorated, and room service was always responsive.

Some parts of the room were noisy to walk on, and the wallpaper in my room was peeling, though the rest was in good condition. There were no robes or slippers provided and housekeeping missed replacing the floor towel on the second day. Breakfast near the end of service was disappointing with most trays empty although options were good. Despite these minor issues the hotel is new, the staff were friendly, and I’d recommend it and stay again.

The shower curtian need to be fixed. After a shower u have water on the floor. Minor issues but important nonetheless. It wld be nice to have a fridge in the room too.

Rooms and showers are quite small I'm 1.9m tall and it felt very small. Towels could use an upgrade (feel a bit worn)

I loved the aesthetic of the place. It isn’t overly luxurious but it is cozy. The staff are very warm and welcoming. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The menu was not limiting , it had a number of options to choose from.

I had the the signature cargo massage. It was a little underwhelming for a “signature” massage. The breakfast buffet is the same everyday , a little variety would be nice.

I liked the customer service, they are prompt and flexible. I had booked a double room but didn't find reason for me to stay in a room with two beds yet i was alone. The supervisor gave me a nice room at the same cost, i hosted a friend for breakfast and she liked everything at the hotel. I was amazed by the cleanliness, staff especially Ms. Francesca she was amazing. I loved the ambiance it gives for a holiday. i recommended it to a friend since its next to the shopping mall and very comfortable.

I had chicken for dinner but it was kind of hard. I didn't mind it though cos the chef was so friendly n d waiters were checking in all d time.

The breakfast food was delicious. I hope they have good health control in the kitchen. Unfortunately, I was contaminated with a parasite in a hotel in Lusaka and I was sick. I won't say it. the name out of respect and prudence, I ate in several places, but then when my son returned home he also had a relapse, then I confirmed with a girl who was in the same hotel and she told me that she only had breakfast and dinner. She didn't come out there. because she arrived tired and the next day she had to go to work, and she also got contaminated, so those who work in the kitchen must be very careful when washing vegetables and fruits, and their hands is just a recommendation, but her breakfast was delicious, and the Attention The chefs and staff were very attentive, I hope they continue like this, attention and courtesy are very important and make you return to that place.Very well located

The truth is that since it was my first stay there I could see that all the staff was very attentive, I loved the innovative decoration, I will return this Thursday, so far I have no complaints. I hope they continue like this with all the guests who stay there.

Location was good, it's opposite the Mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean and the rooms are cozy

I felt that the doors were very static. Perhaps the material of the door handles would need to be revised. The rooms felt that they get very hot, I'm guessing because it's made from a container. Even though there is an air conditioner, I felt slightly uncomfortable with having it on 24/7

I loved the decoration and cleanliness of the hotel. Staff was welcoming and ambience was really good . I didn’t really get to try the breakfast or foods as much but I hope too next time as well as check out the spa. Overall 10/10

The only thing I didn’t like was being given conflicting information about the price of the room when I upgraded it which ended up with me being overcharged I’m still waiting on the refund. I’d advise booking in person much better experience

Very good interior design. Very helpful and good staff. The rooms are practical, clean, comfortable. The breakfast is the usual standard hotel breakfast.

The night club Da Capo is just opposite of the hotel and it plays very loud music open air until 5 am!!! If you receive a room in the front part of the hotel be prepared to spend the night in the middle of a music festival. íI received an other room at the back front of the hotel, it was ok.

A beautiful and modern design in a warehouse, with attentive staff, easy access to rooms and situated in a shopping mall

Unfortunately bathrooms are small and take a star off the grading, cannot understand why have such bathrooms in a hotel of that standard. We had a kettle but no coffee/tea. Asked for drinking water, they don’t do room service. Went to bar and asked for 4 bottles which a waiter brought to the room *rolling eyes*
