The facility was well lighted, open with a lot of windows in the main area as well as the room. In the room, the window shade gave a lot of privacy as did the night out shade. The staff was helpful and efficient. The breakfast was good, ie: sausage, biscuits with gravy, oatmeal, waffles, HB eggs. Coffee was decent and available in the lobby as well as eating area. Lots of room in the bathroom. Large shower

The shower pan/floor was slick and I mean slicker than cow slobber. I didn't think to ask for a rubber mat. Note to Hotel mgmt, if they already aren't in the rooms, could you place one in there? Parking spaces already taken up by the utility company employees working in the area. If you're not parked by a certain time, expect to park on the surface roads nearby or down below the main parking lot. Elevator extremely slow! I realize this can't be helped. Stairs were at extreme end of hotel. Lot of walking done. And if you load up the only one luggage rack and try to get off the floor to your vehicle, expect to wait more than 5 minutes for the elevator. Apart from these small items, I would definitely recommend this hotel for your next stay! We will!

Fantastic breakfast and staff!! Room was fairly priced and spacious. Would definitely give 5 stars for comparison to other hotels but the prices everywhere are so high right now, we had a family emergency and hotels just aren’t as affordable as they used to be. The deal we got at the Hampton was actually very generous by today’s standards :)

I know it’s not common practice these days but discounted rates for extended stays is something I would love to see more of when it comes to hotels of all varieties :)

So let me just say I love coming to this hotel. Although it is a drive for me it is so well worth it. The owners are amazing and the staff is amazing. I believe the young mans name was Trinton who checked me in. If I butchered your name I apologize. But this young mans customer service is Superb. He's such a sweetheart. He was super polite when I checked in and anything I needed he had my back. Also the lady that came on shift right after him was sweet. Even when she had a difficult guest she was still attentive to my kids needs and request. Breakfast is always good. Nothing too fancy. love LOVE LOVE THE do it yourself waffle machine. The kids get a kick out of it. The staff gets the food out whenever anythingbis out. Great Pool area. Hot tub amazing. Pool is fun goes from 3ft to 5ft just enough depth for a family. The rooms are thee BEST BEDS AMAZING. Space in the room amazing. I could stay here multiple nights. Room was clean spacious bathroom. And Love how the lil bar area is by the door with a fride and microwave. OVERALL my stay was 10 stars!!! The price was a lil steep.

staff was very friendly and very helpful when complications occurred, like when my lock failed and they had to get manager to work on it. They did get me in after 30-45 minutes. However, this lock failure caused me increased stress due to delaying my access to my room making me late to my corporate function that evening.

The hotel was very clean overall, however, first impressions are everything. When I first walked in, I noticed the carpet and the floor in the front (between the sliding glass doors) were dirty. I would make sure they are vacuumed and swept all through out the day.

The toilet paper was rough. I might as well used paper from my notebook. I would invest in something a little more comfortable. Have you heard of Cloud Paper? Made of bamboo, sustainable and a great value.

The location is very convenient to getting on and off the freeway and close to all kinds of amenities. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Property is feels newer and a great deal!

A lot of the common areas didn’t seem to be cleaned frequently. The elevator floors were always dirty. The pool area wasn’t cleaned once in the entire week of our stay. Pool was also frequently out of clean towels. Experienced some rowdy guests during quiet hours a few nights during our stay, likely teenagers, due to the numerous sports tournaments in the area that families were staying for. Parking becomes hard to come by after 7pm.

My family appreciated the courtesy of Noah at the front desk on 7/22. Another property had turned us loose without the room we booked 20 days prior and pre-paid for. Not only did they not inform me that they did not have a room ready for us, it happened to be Taylor Swift mania in Seattle. There were no rooms available last minute online for a two hundred mile radius. We had no choice but to go hotel to hotel hoping to find a cancellation we could take. I happened into your hotel at a good moment for Noah. He said that he did, in fact, have a couple of cancellations, but as he was the only one at the front desk, he asked for my patience while he took care of the craziness around him and that he would help me as soon as possible. He then proceeded to deal with every issue known to man (or at least every front desk employee) including being yelled at for things outside of his control. He truly did his best to meet every guest's needs. After watching him juggle, he called me over and helped us out. We were thankful and still are very appreciative. He should earn a gold star.

Nicely located just down the road from Winco and great coffee. Very quiet

Honestly this is a little nitpicky but when you’re hungry and tired it makes a difference: just purchase another waffle maker. When we were there there was only one waffle maker and tons of families. When it takes 3-4 mins for a single waffle to cook, it can take a while to even get your breakfast.

I love the location of this particular Inn it was in walking distant of Walmart but seemed like it was pushed back in the green forest like best of both worlds, such a safe feeling location and great parking lot for your vehicle. The staff especially a very nice blonde gal that is there in the evenings was so nice and helpful and very welcoming. The Hotel is beautiful,the room I got was a King with Sofa bed, and it was spacious and comfortable.The breakfast was great Saturday morning was the best breakfast wise, we liked that it wasn’t the same everyday. The pool was great and hot Tub relaxing, the gym was fabulous all around I loved it and will definitely return. The great staff really made the stay great so thank you !

There was a slight smell entering the room that was noticeable to all of us, some febreze would have helped.

I've stayed here a couple times. It's close to work and has convenient stores nearby.

On this visit I was here M-F but never had a housekeeping visit. On Wednesday I was working from the room so I had the DND sign on the door, but I thought they'd stop by Thursday when I was out all day.
