It was nice, breakfast was excellent, staff was amazing, the pool was great. It was really good to know they allow pets for our future visits. And my children loved the cookies!

Our AC was a little messed up. But the staff came up to fix it right after I told them about it and they got it working great! And they even remembered us the next morning and checked with us to be sure the AC worked properly all night.

Everything was perfect

When we first arrived the lady at the front desk asked us to sit down because they were having issues with the check in process. We sat there for about an hour we watched her check someone else in but she never told us she could. I was sitting outside and I asked one of the other workers was there another way to check people in he stated she could just not from the other computer. He walked me back in and had her check us in. If it wasn’t for him we probably would still be sitting there.

Very clean, spacious room. The pool was warm and clean. The staff was very accommodating. Breakfast had a great variety. There was always parking available. Great location close to everything you would need and good selection of restaurants nearby.

My only complaint is the bed was not comfortable and better comforter/blankets would be nice.

The room wasn't as clean as the one I was booked into the last time. Found hair in the bathroom area. In the shower pan and bathroom floor. I stayed for 3 nights without service. Ran out of supplies.

This hotel is clean and the staff was quite friendly. Easy check-in at front desk. Decor reminded me of a European hotel for some reason. Colorful yet a bit utilitarian(?) I'm in my late 50s - saw mostly 20-30 something business and leisure travelers there. It was great!

I was in a handicapped room (didn't need it) but it was clean and very big(for wheelchair access, I'm sure.) Check in was not marked well from outside hotel and I drove around it a couple times before realizing where it was.

The location was excellent! We were there for the Elevation Worship concert at the TMobile Center. It was far enough from downtown to be comfortable but just 20 minutes to the event. The staff was amazing. Jimmy at the front desk was friendly and very informative. Our room was clean. The mattress was a little firmer than we like, but I think that's just preference. The breakfast was phenomenal! The setup, quality of food, and selections were delicious!

The people staying above us stomped around late at night and pretty early in the morning. Didn’t receive a very restful night few nights but other than that everything else was good.

I could shop locally and make what I wanted fresh in my room kitchen. It had a full kitchen; dishes, pots and pans, silverware, Fridge and freezer. It was a fully stocked with all the tools I needed to cook all my meals. The staff was very friendly. Nearby amenities. Quiet. Blackout shades on the window. Even a divider blackout curtain closing the area between the bed and the living area if desired. This was cheaper than a Holiday Inn Express.

The Breakfast could have been better. Everything was pre-packaged. That may be the safest way to offer a buffet. The TV had lots of static the first night, but it was clear for the rest of my stay. Some people may miss the bathtub, but it was great for me. I wish it had weekly rates or even monthly rates. Long hallways could cause a long walk to your room, with only two elevators at the office end of the building.

It's a new facility. Great atmosphere. Great location. Close to a bunch of eating places.

The bathroom was not as clean. Hair in the shower pan and on the bathroom floor and walls. Your 2nd day cleaning policy meant no cleaning at all during our 2 day stay.

The room was wonderful.

However, I booked with a card and called to make sure it wouldn’t be charged and instead gave them a different card upon arrival. On check out, thank god I asked for the receipt- not only were we charged in the card I explicitly said NOT to charge, but we also got charged the wrong amount - about ~$30 usd more than the confirmation I had received. The front desk didn’t know what to do and after 30min was able to refund the card and charge the other one the correct amount. He was able to solve it, but again, shouldn’t have happened in the first place
