The bed was the cleanest and most thcomfortable at a Hotel/ Motel that I remember. I loved the view of the Mississippi River and the bridge, that's why we chose that Hotel. The breakfast was great! The pool was nice and we had a great time.

The second floor ice machine was broke. The vending was overpriced. The website needs to be updated, I thought the restaurant closed at midnight and left the ballet early to eat but nope should not have even tried.

How helpful everyone was no matter the situation! Shout outs to Miss Marian, Katie, Mario, Tyri, and Leslie Thompson. The staff got to know me by name quickly and everyone of them stayed professional through all situations. I wish I didn't have to seem such a hassle but these guys were great!!

Check in was quick. Customer service was great.

I asked for late checkout. The gentleman did put me down for a request. I called around 9:00 am to confirm and was told I was down for checkout at noon. The lady who was cleaning the rooms on my floor knocked and asked if I was ok. I said yes. The second time she knocked and asked what time I was checking out I said I had a late check out amd I called earlier to confirm. She said she printed out her paper at 11: 00 am and I wasn't on the list for late checkout. Normally I would have never said anything however, it seems as though she thought I was lying and she had an attitude about it. I called to confirm after that conversation and again it was confirmed. I don't think it was necessary to have to go through this.

I most enjoyed the view of the river and the location of the hotel. It was walking distance to many area attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. I've stayed here before and will stay here again.

Even though the hotel is historical, the rooms were a bit outdated, and could have used some attention. For example, the curtains were torn and the trim in the bathroom was eroded. Also, there weren't as many ammenities as other high quality hotels we've stayed at.

Hotel Bar and Restaurant was great. Also, in a geat location and within walking to distance to bars, restaurants, concert venues, casinos. Very nice fun town and the hotel exceeded expectations. Clean, nice room, comfy bed, nice walk in shower.

Everything was great. There is nothing I would change.

location, valet, staff (minus customer service staff). the staff that help with luggage, valet, restaurant, bar, room service were all great and very friendly.

customer service was not good at all. they were very unenthusiastic and have short answers/information. they seemed like robots. even after my stay I called to get an receipt for my charged I had forgotten to get and they couldn’t help me. rooms seemed a bit dated. dust build up on walls, chipped paint on doors, worn spots on headboard, table legs loose.

Good location, valet parking is very convenient, staff are extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was amazing. nice view from balcony

Low value for the price. We splurged and booked the nicest executive room available for our stay and were overall disappointed at the reality of the room once we arrived. Very small and cramped, dingy looking bathroom tile, flaky paint on walls and ceiling, just a very low end look when it comes to details. Basically the kind of small details that makes a place look dirty and dated. Bed was comfortable, balcony was nice, but overall wish I hadn’t spent the money as it was no nicer than a much cheaper hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants, shops, and attractions in the local area with a great view of the river. The hotel staff member who checked us in, Kavan, was incredibly helpful and very welcoming. He was well knowledgeable and assisted us with questions we had about the area and the hotel.

No property reserved on-site parking available and free to hotel guests, other than the hotel valet with a $33 cost

Hotel was clean. Location isn't close to restaurants, however the drive wasn't too bad.

We did not like the parking situation. You could only valet park with hotel, other than that you paid for public parking are try to find a parking spot along the road close to hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helped out anytime they were asked.

In the pool area there was somebody playing loud vulgar rap music and the staff took no effort to stop him or shut him down. It was really something that should have been addressed because they were young children from ages of six to 15 there. We actually left the pool area because of it
