Balcony, the gift store and the bar/restaurant was good, the pool was good one day.

Had a bunch of soccer families running around the hotel and elevator, making a mess, loud, no security, people running around the lobby throwing things - making messes everyhwere - on elevator with a dad with no shirt one, carrying a garbage can and vaping...soaking wet.....seriously this is a Sheraton???? When I called downstairs they said it was a soccer tournament - OK - So what? Oh so they can do anything they want and be obnoxious as possible, 40 of them at one time took over the pool I just turned around walked back.....this would have been fine at Days Inn hotel, surprised that this was the Sheraton

The hot water went out one morning for a few hours… But they comped us breakfast for 2 and their maintenance department got it working again quickly! The staff was friendly, helpful, & outgoing. They stored all our board bags & suitcases so we could explore the city after checking out on our last day before our flight!

Nothing at all

We liked the great room service. The food was great and prompt. The hotel was updated and things were easy to find. It was very quiet and the location was great.

If you don't give them your license plate number for parking you might get a ticket.also parking is $15. One person on staff in dining was not happy to be there and not helpful for the breakfast without asking many questions. The rest of the staff was top notch though. Also the ac in the room couldn't quite keep up with the heat outside. Not hot in the room but not as cool as we would have liked.

Great facility. Great location. Loved having the gift shop and Starbucks on site.

The coffee maker was filthy😬 (see pic below). Im far from a germaphobe, but didn't even think it was worth TRYING to clean myself. Luckily they DO have free coffee downstairs👍🏾 Pretty noisey at night with older doors/walls/windows. I'm a relatively light sleeper and I wouldn't have gotten any sleep without my white noise app... and even with it, I woke up at least 4-5 times each night. I was also only one floor up from the street so could hear all the cars, but probably less noisey on the higher floors.

The building, rooms, hallways, ect., were absolutely beautiful and clean. We have stayed in other hotels in Salt Lake before, but the Sheraton is my absolute favorite so far. All the employees were so polite and helpful and the bed was amazing. We have been spoiled with our bed that we purchased a few years ago, other than not being able to adjust the bed itself, it was almost as comfortable as our bed we have at home. Thank you for your cleanliness and great hospitality.

Only thing that I would like to see is the soda machine working and the parking lot cleaned up a bit more.

Checkin was absolutely seemless, exceeded expectations! The staff was wonderful, especially for it being 1:30AM. Very welcoming! She gave us vouchers for free breakfast, gave us free parking, and extended our checkout time to 2 pm at no extra cost! The room smelled new, was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, and we had an excellent view of the city from our balcony! Will definitely stay here again when we visit Salt Lake in the future!

Loved everything!

It’s next to downtown. It’s a very large hotel. Even though it’s older, it has been well maintained. Front desk staff was kind, quick with check in and efficient.

Floors are a little creaky, but tolerable. There was a bit of an issue with my order from the restaurant but was quickly taken care of.

The location was a bit guetto, but as for the hotel itself, it was very satisfactory. Very rundown motel 6 on the block with some very sketchy people. The maverick right across the street had a lot of homeless people coming asking for ice, they were pretty upset when asked to pay, very sad.

Loved the cookies, lemonade, coffee in the lobby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Shout out to Ericka.

I wish there was a hotel map given because I never knew where the elevator was and wasted a lot of time lugging my bags around (from my room back to main lobby). My room also had a leaky faucet in the tub and it looked like there was dried blood on the wall but I just ignored it… lol.

Great location in downtown, walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Room was spacious and comfortable and fitness center was great by hotel standards. Staff were always friendly and polite. The beautiful lobby with the fireplace is a great place to do some work or enjoy a coffee and seemingly endless supply of free cookies. I would definitely stay there again.
