location, super clean and comfortable! not a 5!!! I would expect a 5⭐️to have breakfast and daily cleaning included on the price! breakfast is very good though!

you have to pay to have the room cleaned! the price is not clear, if you pay in cash they charge you 21% more than if you pay with card. they say it’s tax but I stayed at another 3 hotels in Argentina and none charge me this extra even though I always paid with cash! check in is super slow and reception staff keep interrupting helping guest to do other things and talking to other staff members.

The location is very central and if you like to walk, you can reach almost every tourist attractions without transportation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Room cleaning is not included in the stay and it costs almost half of the room price per cleaning. This has to be emphasizes because its a basic service in hospitality sector. Secondly, they ask for an extra fee for early check in, which is okay but if you come 20 minutes earlier than regular check in time (14:00) and they ask you to pay or wait in lobby for a ready room is not welcoming.

This was our second visit after staying 4 nights earlier on in the same month. This time we had a bigger room which was more than adequate for our needs. As before, the WiFi is one of the best we've ever experienced and great for using.

Nothing additional to our last review really as our room was bigger this time (and we had acquired an additional case).

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the main street and very close to the busy broadway like area. Our room had a balcony what was a great addition. The main road was closed, but the hotel contacted us on how to get to the entrance and it was all great! Very helpful staff!

Breakfasts are not that great, they are quite pricy for what you get - Argentina has amazing bread culture, yet in the hotel all the breads were sweet and not that tasty. In the rooms with balcony, all the AC units from higher floors are right above the balcony - what causes condensate to drop on the balcony - maybe an umbrella would help?

Breakfast options are very good to suit all tastes. Location is convenient for other areas of the city and close to a great local restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was a bit small for a couple with 2 large suitcases. A bar area to relax would be a good addition. These are minor points.

Check in very smooth and friendly, We are not really big breakfast people and so we did not take it . However if you wanted breakfast it was $9/ Person . Room was big and nice . Internet stable and good . Bed was fantastic. Location top as you could reach everything on foot. The Personal is very friendly and act very fast in case you need anything . The Front desk personal is great and I need to mention Sra Maira here especially.

What was a lottle confusing , that having the room cleaned you should pay $20/ day . Hotels useally have that included. Anyway , we do not change towels neither every day at home so we decided not to have the cleaning .

The hotel was centraly located. Rooms were not so spacious, but looking at the price it had what was needed. I think it's a perfect place to stay for 1-2 nights. What surprised me was the super friendly and helpfull staff. The checkout was at 10 a.m., but we had to leave aroud 12 to the airport. We were told that it is totally alright to stay in the room till that time. Also they helped us arranging airport transfer. You can comunicate with reception via WhatsApp which is really good if you need something.

The room was not cleaned properly, found some hair on the floor. The smell was also not the best. Also important to mention that the walls were probably really thin as we could even hear people in the next room speaking.

Great locality near Florida st. which offers good night life as well as multiple restaurants. Receptionists were very nice and helpful, which we really appreciated (we were offered to late check-out for free due to some minor complications). Hotel provides simple information also via whatsapp, which is also handy and convenient.

Bath was bit smaller than expected and the room is not very silent. Walls were like "paper" so you can hear TV/conversations from other rooms, which is not very good. I was shocked the 4* hotel is not providing at least some simple amenity kit (slippers, toothbrush/toothpaste etc.), which is standard for 4 stars.

Fairly spacious room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location for everything we needed. Whatsapp concierge is a good system except that there ended up being quite a lot of spam in between important things. We were also really grateful that we were able to check in a few hours early at no extra charge as our room was ready when we arrived.

Heating arrangements: using the aircon unit meant the hot air was blown around the ceiling. Given how cold the weather gets in winter, other more effective methods of heating should be considered. Also because the key card is required for power in the room, when you arrive back to the room it's very, very cold. The breakfast wasn't great especially given the price. There were quite a few options but no nice rolls/bread that weren't sugary and dry. No unsweetened cereals. No eggs to order. And the breakfast room was cold. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Wifi in the room wasn't great.

shower is EXCELLENT, the bed is big and the pillows are very comfortable. There is a smart TV to watch streaming as well and a big space in the room. Also the hotel is very well located in buenos aires downtown near pacifico gallery, western unions stores, coffee shops, restaurants and a lot of other touristic attractions.

i didn't find the hotel safe. There is no access control in the building and anyone could enter the facilities at the hotel. There was no cleaning service, you needed to pay for it and there was only one towel for me and my partner during our entire five days stay. it was not a cheap hotel so these things for me are breaking points. Because of it i wouldn't come back at the hotel or recommend it to someone since are other hotels near the location with better services and more safer than HTL.
