Considering the low price that we paid, this hotel was a gem. The courtyard with screened in pool was lovely. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best and included glazed donuts. While the property is older it has been well cared for. We hope to stay again.

The staff was super friendly and sweet. We showed up earlier than expected and they were able to get us into our room with only a short delay. The beds were super comfy and easy to access. The pool was great, though cold (not their fault) and I liked that it was screened in though some of the pollen did fall through. The little garden area was super cute and we even had a little Easter magic for our daughter since we were there Easter morning. The breakfast was good but would have liked a few more options however they did switch up the protein each day and how they prepared the eggs.

There's not much we didn't like however I feel the rooms could use some updating and freshening up.

The location is perfect to mny things, downtown or the neighboring towns - There is a CVS and other stores right near the hotel (the CVS, you can walk over to) The staff I came into contact with from the first day at the front desk, to the breakfast attendant ....all very kind, friendly and helpful, the breakfast is fresh and was tasty, and the area clean. The place is clean and the room I had, well laid out. Theres a bar inside the hotel, which is nice if you want to just grab a drink and not drive

I loved the espresso/coffee machine they had in the breakfast area....was dissapointed though it was only operational on one of the days I was here. And I wish the light into the bathroom, wasnt attached to a exhaust fan too - sounds minor, but it's loud and so in the middle of the night when you need to get up, that comes on, Even hearing it during the day when I went in, was annoying - sounds small, but after 4 days...well, just wish, seperate switches.

I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. I was embarrassed to even go in as I have been out working on my truck for a week In a town hard hit by hurricane with no fuel or electricity. When I arrived I was treated with genuine kindness. It is very seldom, in my experience, that people are so kind and hospitable to somebody who looks as rough as I looked. I can't say enough good things about the blonde-headed lady from California who checked me in. She was a real sweetheart and deserving of acknowledgment. Thank you. I highly suggest this hotel to anybody coming through. It was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

I didn't like all the flickering lights outside but considering this area had just went through a hurricane and they had went without electricity for some time... I feel like a jerk for even saying that.

We loved the complimentary breakfast, the super helpful and friendly staff, the pool, the rooms were great with the washer/dryer and cooking facilities which helped while travelling with our children. Everything was very relaxed and chilled and we had one of the best stays of our life. It was very close to historic st Mary’s, there’s also a supermarket next door with a direct access path so you don’t have to go via the main road.

Nothing- everything was perfect!

The General manager assisted with some misunderstandings we had with the prior employees. They were giving me invalid information and the General Manager seemed to be on edge and aggravated until I explained the entire situation to her. Once we got a clear understanding, she worked out the situation and helped me make it right Much thanks to her I know her job can be hard.

Employees that do not understand their job or how to relay information. They should have a little more training or understanding of the job they are being paid to do.

Older hotel, but very lovely for our visit with nearby relatives. Lovely garden area with screened in swimming pool. Bed was comfortable. Very clean room and quiet air-conditioned. That is so important for light sleepers. We were there just one night and not familiar with area so don't know if good location for sight seeing. Would stay there again especially considering price and overall cleanliness and friendliness.

Spacious and economical rooms. The exceptional landscaping surrounding the property is extremely well cared for. There are covered and uncovered seating areas, picnic tables and a grill. Every staff member I encountered during my 4 night stay were amazing. They all had welcoming and friendly demeanors while displaying excellent servitude, helpfulness and appreciation for guests. I have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed with my stays. I will continue to be a loyal guest when I am in the area.

great breakfast selection, good variety, 4-hour window, 6 a.m. to a.m. comfortable computer room, quiet space, 2 computer stations, free printing, excellent staff, very friendly and courteous, could not get them to stop calling me "sir" (very respectful staff)

the bathroom ventilators were extremely loud and uncomfortable for my sensitive ears, other than that the room and bed were extremely comfortable and clean

My mother an I was in a queen suite. We loved the two joint rooms. It was very spacious. We loved the pool area. Really nice to have breakfast at the hotel in the morning before leaving out. Very clean we had a stove an all the utensils you'd need for cooking/eating.

We were suppose to have a coffee maker an didn't. Only thing my mom didn't like.
