Loved staying at Hotel Colli. It is less than a block walk to the main square and Art Walk and easy walking distance to many galleries, shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked one of their suite rooms so had a small refrigerator and kitchen. The inside of the hotel is beautiful with gardens and places to relax. I read reviews about the location being too loud to sleep but while we heard some vehicle noise in the street we had no problem sleeping. The restaurant next door is closed and under renovation but there is a coffee shop 1/2 block away. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The building next door in under renovation and is a little noisy during the day but doesn't start early. We were out all day anyway so it did not affect us. Just something to check in advance if you want total quiet.

We like to come into San Jose del Cabo for a night or two and stay in/near city town center. We use to stay at Tropicana and now that it’s closed we found this place and absolutely love the location. Love the French bakery next door. The hotel was quiet and clean and for the price we have no complaints. We had a truck and they have underground parking.

Everything! Location!! Beautiful building & rooms, super comfortable bed (we like a firm mattress). The staff & Paulina (mngr) were wonderful. The price was exceptional & we hope nothing changes. We loved having a garage!! We loved San Jose & its people & hope it doesn't change any more. Over the years.. so many more tourists & uppity Americans (were American! But not one-up types like you do find in Loreto or Cabo). We absolutely loved our week stay & experience so much. The emergency plan for city incase of a fire (there was one in the estuary happened while we were there & the winds blow towards the town). They should have more preparation for the unfortunate event of a disastrous fire * such as gas lines being secure/inspections or removal). Something else needs to happen to prevent wealth from being able to capotalize on opportunity to buy Real Estate Real Estate should be owned by the locals 1st & only . In America we have the same problem. Maybe the governments can figure something out. We were so blessed to experience some of the authenticity of baka and its people but can see the crazy changes coming & its a tragedy. For the people

Perfect spot super close to the town square. Staff is super friendly and the hotel is quiet. I enjoyed walked around the corner to centero to incredible restaurants and local food vendors.

I was there for a music festival and came in late in the early mornings. Coffee service was done when I got up some days, but I’d brought a water kettle to travel with and purchased coffee in their store. Thinking of anything I didn’t like was very difficult.

The room and property were very clean. Good customer service. They allowed us to check in early. Free parking is included. The receptionist will give you directions on how to get to the parking garage. We just left the car at the lot across the street briefly while checking in. The garage has maybe 7 spots, but when we got there there was only one other car parked. The bed was comfortable, WiFi and a/c good. They had free water and ice dispenser in the hallway. No coffee machine or kettle in the room but all that stuff is right next to the reception desk. Most importantly, it’s in a good location, right in the middle of everything.

It’s less than a block away from San Jose’s church and the centro histórico aka the beautiful downtown !

The location is exceptional, right off the main square of San Jose del Cabo. Great restaurants, shopping in walking distance. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice common areas and coffee in the morning. The rooms are simple but very clean and the bathrooms are modern and seem recently renovated, very nice.

Not a big problem, but you can definitely hear conversations in the hallway and the cleaners doing their job in the morning, but my room was located just off the main area of the hotel so next time would request a quieter room if available.

The location was perfect. Right on the main square. Therefore expect some noise in the evening due to the bars around. But that didn't bother us. The staff was very helpful. We originally had a room booked (108) just behind another building in construction,. The double bed was small, the bathroom kind of ran down. The bathroom window directly in the corridor. Not a perfect sign for a romantic stay. But as we woke up to construction workers breaking concrete right behind our walls, the very friendly staff moved us to room 209 with a bigger bed (queen), more natural light, a good shower, and a shower window over the courtyard offering more privacy.

Once we were in room 209 there was very little to complain about. So basically it depends which room you get.

the location, facilities and staff were great. they very kindly helped us arrange transportation to the airport at 4am super walkable location complementary earplugs as the streets were louder during the patron saint celebrations.

sadly the previous guest occupying our room left later than the check out allowed, we had to go back to the hotel in 3 different occasions to see if the room was ready for our check in. the night when we stayed was also the saint patron celebration of the town, which meant there was a little more noise than normal. However, even if it wasn’t ideal for our early wake up time, it was out of the hotel’s control l.

Lovely historic property. There are restaurants everywhere and the staff is excellent. They don’t nickelodeon you. Even the snacks in the room are price reasonably. Really just a wonderful experience.

No complaints. Since it’s so hot, it would have been nice to have access to a pool, but that would be hard to find in a hotel located downtown in a prominent location
