Budget friendly hotel and restaurant in a lovely location. Rooms are simply furnished but clean and quiet. Showers were always hot. Continental breakfast , ( no hot food), plentiful and tasty. Very helpful and friendly staff. Has a restaurant open daytime and evening. Eat there once overlooking the lake. Food was great. Other restaurants , pizzerias within 5 minute walk.

Not much of a view if you have a room at the rear. Quite a bit of road noise from road that passes alongside the lake. Generally quiet at night.

A great little hotel near the lake. Comfortable beds and pillows, good breakfast (not only sweet options, but also savory which I loved). Great WiFi connection. A view from my room was to die for! I was quite tired after a long trip and didn’t want to leave my room, the view was perfect and I could watch the sunset (which was spectacular that day) and then the sunrise! I would love to come back and stay in the same room again. Other than that, there are plenty of cafes nearby (all within 3 min walking distance), a supermarket is like 15-20 min walk and the public beach (rocky) was like 10-15 min walk. Train station was also like 15 min walk max.

The staff were very polite and helpful and the room was more than enough for 1 night. It is an old building but it's clean. Mind that the air conditioning doesn't cool the air, its just a fan (which was enough for us). It also has private parking for the hotel, but also for their restaurant, which is why you might not find a free spot. That happened to us the night we were there but the staff kindly pointed us to another parking spot behind the hotel that was always free. The location is also idilic, it's close to restaurants (although a bit expensive in that area) and you have good swimming spots. Its not a big town like Stresa but i prefered it since it was a bit less crowded.

Location is close to the sea although no sea views were possible; the room and bed were comfortable; Although no air-conditioning available there was a ceiling fan that worked really well; most important for us was the guaranteed parking space available on site just across the road in front of the property's restaurant; Breakfast was good enough and varied

The location is exceptional. We had a room with a balcony and a lake view, and it was fantastic. The room was comfortable and clean. We extended our visit to enjoy more of the place and the manager kindly accepted . (Note: No kettle or fridge in the room.) Ceiling fan works well for hot summer days. Delicious fresh pastries were available on the breakfast table from 7-9 AM. The staff and manager were friendly, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. There is free parking in front of the hotel, and the place is dog-friendly.

Hotel with rooms that offer view of the lake. Even though they do not have airconditioning in the rooms, the ceiling fans worked fine. I was there during one of the hottest t weeks and it was fine. Noisy road but it did not bother me. The beds were fine. Extra pillow and sheets in the closet. The rooms have everything you need, all the basics, cleaned ans towel change every day- super friendly and honest staff and good in house restaurant

A bit of a luxury, but some type of coffee maker in the room would have been nice. The deco is a bit old fashioned and outdated.

Staff is very friendly and available. The location is right on the lake and they have dedicated parking, which should not be underestimated.

No air conditioning. There was a fan, which helped a lot, but aircon would have been better.

Very friendly. Unfortunately being a Monday many hotel facilities were closed, but very helpful in suggesting alternative restaurant. Owner really helpful and pleasant.

The Hotel has a great location. The boss, Ferrari , was excellent, they did everything to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast and restaurant are excellent.

Did not stay long enough.

The staff was pleasant. The view from the second-floor dining area is lovely.

I'll be happier if there was an egg for breakfast, although the food was fresh and in a good variety.
