Legian Beach Hotel was absolutely beautiful and clean with great pools and facilities The breakfast was second to none with so many different options to have & plenty of food for everyone.

The Bungalows near the road are not noise proof and you can hear the traffic all night. It got sorted as we asked to move and they accommodated us with a quieter spot.

The gardens and grounds of the property are beautiful. The staff are extremely friendly. Great options at breakfast.

We stayed in the family rooms very close to the driveway gate. There is a bit of road noise at night, especially if sleeping in the front part of the room. I will most definitely return to the hotel but will just choose a room further into the property.

The bars closed early Lot of noise from refurbishment of hotel rooms which was not acknowledged The view from our room was not very nice and made worse by metal security grill, which made it feel like a prison

Just be aware the photos on the Site are not are not a true representation of rooms , there is a old section and new section , with the same Name and price .I had a Deluxe garden room very basic & no view, for two nights . After complaining to management I was Upgraded to the proper room which was very comfortable.

Everything about the resort was better than expected. Photos don't do the resort justice and we were upgraded to a bungalow. TJ from the pool bar was lovely and his customer service stood out. Teppanyaki was a stand out of our trip and some of the best food I have ever eaten. Breakfast was lovely.

We paid $175 for 4 nights for an extra bed for our son. when we arrived the bed wasn't made up. House keeping came and all they did was put sheets on the daybed. Quite a lot of money for some linen to be put on furniture that was already in our room. Massages were always booked out so I couldn't get one.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful and the property was kept lovely.

Our room which we were very happy with was unfortunately situated where every night and for hours a pub situated behind the property had very loud music accompanied by very bad singing. This actually kept us awake each night. The balcony from our room which had a lovely day bed seemed to be near the air conditioning outlet for all levels and it was like walking into an oven when you stepped outside onto the balcony. We couldn't use this area at all as it was just too hot, however loved spending time around the pool. Overall it was very relaxing!

Location is great The pool look clean. Heaps of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. The beach just across the road at the front of the resort for sunset.

I didn't like the location of the room we booked as it is as far back from all the facilities and feel more like an apartment block than a resort My advice for family with kids is book a bungalow and forget the family rooms. I don't understand driving customers away from the resort restaurant/Cafe by over charging. Latte in resort $7AU, any other shop $3.5AU. Empty restaurant and bars in the resort and other than breakfast we never ate there because feeding 2A and 3C becomes very expensive.

Breakfast was amazing, so much food to choose from. From 7am to 10am We had a hotel room on 5th floor. Lift only went to 4th floor so you had about 14 stairs to climb to get to your room. Room service got bags ect to your rooms. The room we had was so large with shower and bath. Room 551. Cleaned and serviced every day. Beds were so comfortable. Staff were happy to help in anyway they could. Grounds are neat and tidy. Two lovely swimming pool areas. One is a large family pool and the other adults only with a swim up bar. We ate at the restaurant, which had great food at good prices. Plus had theme nights, Steak night 30% off, Balinese night ect. You could pay cash or book it to your room. There was a tax and service charge on all food and drinks added to the bill. This hotel also had lovely villas. The hotel was across from the beach, with great safe access to getting to it. Also only a 5 minute stroll to Garlic lane shopping markets. Felt safe in around the hotel at all times. Beach had a path way for easy access to Kuta beach very enjoyable walk to other shopping centre and poppy lane one way and to other beach restaurants the other way. Taxi from airport to hotel 30 minutes and cost only $8.00 with bluebird taxi. always easy to get a taxi and always cheap.

We couldn't fault anything. Everyone was so helpfull.

Stayed 4 nights at end of our 3 week trip - Buffet breakfast a hit with kids. Cleanliness top notch. Staff were always very friendly and helpful and seemed happy. Beds comfy. Restaurant had good food and cocktails. Location very handy opposite beach with surf hire, boardwalk etc. Close to good kuta shops and spas. Apart from check in issues everyone was very accommodating. Hotel had everything you needed and nice comfy rooms with good water pressure and everything you would expect.

We had an early arrival and late departure and for early arrival was hard to do anything - you needed a room key to use the toilets and number to get a towel. One room wasn't ready at 3pm check in time. A nicer outdoor area would have been good - the ground floor on hotel was dark and unappealing and nothing dried - had to go to communal areas. Balcony rooms looked much better.

Our family stay at Legian Beach Hotel was amazing. The breakfast buffet was incredible. We ate way too much! We loved the walk to the pool with the frangipani flowers. The pool was great fun for my kids and we loved ordering juices and cocktails by the pool. A highlight for us was the Tepenyaki dinner at the hotel with incredible sunset views. The location of the hotel is perfect. One side Legian beach for the sunset and the other side Legian town with plenty of restaurants and touristy shops in Garlic Lane. Our stay was perfect. We will be back!
