Just be aware the photos on the Site are not are not a true representation of rooms , there is a old section and new section , with the same Name and price .I had a Deluxe garden room very basic & no view, for two nights . After complaining to management I was Upgraded to the proper room which was very comfortable.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful and the property was kept lovely.

Our room which we were very happy with was unfortunately situated where every night and for hours a pub situated behind the property had very loud music accompanied by very bad singing. This actually kept us awake each night. The balcony from our room which had a lovely day bed seemed to be near the air conditioning outlet for all levels and it was like walking into an oven when you stepped outside onto the balcony. We couldn't use this area at all as it was just too hot, however loved spending time around the pool. Overall it was very relaxing!

The location is very close to beach, shopping, money exchange and restaurants. The breakfast restaurant is absolutely amazing. So much variety you are spoiled for choice. Swimming pools are clean even if water a little warm for my liking. You can get service right to your sun lounge at poolside. We had a villa for our accommodation which was incredible. Large room, safe, large bed, TV, bathroom with vanity, separate toilet, shower over bath with curtains for privacy plus an out door private shower. Our villa included, bed turndown each evening, room serviced daily plus room service for light meals and drinks, 4 pieces of free washing each day, our own private courtyard with seating under veranda at front door. The grounds of the hotel are kept immaculate and the ALL staff are super friendly with each greeting you as the walk past. Security at the gate who helped us cross the busy road. You cannot go past Legian Beach Hotel for value, safety and relaxation

The welcoming, hospitable staff, lush gardens and numerous facilities is what makes the Legian Beach Hotel standout at this price point, from the plethora of Bali hotels facing the beach. For my 1st stay here, management and staff went beyond the smile to actually listen, make suggestions and found solutions to my initial concerns, which I very much appreciated. My bungalow, surrounded by manicured gardens and the hotels numerous pools, bars and restaurants all provided that special 'Bali' holiday tranquillity I was looking for, making my stay one of the best at a central beach location. The a la carte breakfast was varied, fresh and more than satisfying with staff providing outstanding service. A special thanks to Dante for his amazing cordiality and vibrant personality as well as Bayu who accommodated my room service needs promptly, without fuss. Lastly I found adequate security personnel spread throughout the hotel complex.

I would recommend a Bungalow positioned centrally away from Jalan Melasti if some traffic noise is of concern late at night. The bed mattress was a bit hard for my liking, but a mattress topper was offered, and it was also evident that bungalows were being upgraded during my stay. Wi-Fi connectivity was unreliable, and the TV didn't have enough bandwidth to work properly, but it’s a large property and Wi-Fi in Bali in general isn't the best, even with a paid SIM card (which I had).

We stayed in one of the bungalows and it was fantastic. The location of the hotel is great as it is just a short walk to all the bars that we wanted to go to. Breakfast was one of the best I have had in Bali, so much to choose from. The staff were very friendly. I loved the fact that there was an adults only pool that was in a different area to the family pool. Would definitely recommend LBH and would stay here again.

The only downfall was our bungalow backed on to Melasti Street so you got the noise of all the night traffic. Next time I would request for a bungalow more to the middle or front of the property.

The location was perfect for access to the beach. Sitting at the restaurants overlooking the Bali Beach Bars was lovely watching the sunset. The pool was probably a bit too warm. I only went in the family pool. I won't swim in pools that have swim up bars. YUCK. The breakfast food and team were amazing. Knowing my omelete order and water without lemon and a cup of tea. The Concierge were my favourite. Always helpful and friendly. They assisted me with carrying, weighing and wrapping my Bali Garden umbrellas and were always so very friendly and smiling. Kerrie Webb - 23C probably my only suggestion is to have the cleaning staff attend to the phones as they had flying insects and baby cockroaches. It's possibly not something they think to look at. Also with so much rain some more, non slip mats from the steps to the front door as those lovely shiny tiles are deadly.

Fabulous location on Legian Beach with patrolled swimming area directly in front. Rooms are a little tired but still very nice, Bali style, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a garden bungalow with a front porch large enough to relax on. There was an initial issue with our airconditioner which was resolved immediately - great service from the staff. Beautiful gardens. Excellent buffet breakfast. Overall a very relaxing experience.

I thought the resort had alot to offer. The staff were ever so helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. A huge variety of food for choice.with constant service. The gardens lovely. I couldn't fault my room. So many restaurants there on the property if you didn't want to leave and go out searching for other restaurants. The only two things I found disappointing was were I was sleeping towards the front of the property . I could clearly hear a night club pounding away from 1 o'clock till dusk. So sleep was very sparse .And the legian beach while the waves and surf were stunning all the plastic pollution washed up on the beach was terrible. It really put me off the whole total beach ⛱️. The massage services on offer where wonderful.

We were lucky enough to get upgraded from a Garden Villa to a Pool Villa, it really was amazing and helped make our stay what it was - the pool on the property isn't really that big so having a Pool Villa was incredible. The breakfast also was our favourite from 3 different hotels we stayed at. Plus the majority of staff were super friendly and happy to help.

I would have given this property 9/10 (not a big resort pool) but I was upset/annoyed when we changed money from the reception. The way they check each $50 note and even though ours was straight from the bank (new) there was notes they wouldn't take. Obviously they have their reasons but I did not like this at all. Also I had requested 2 rooms together and they were very far apart but from the types of rooms I booked this couldn't have been helped.
