Our stay in Albese, Italy was simply wonderful! The host met us at the bar downstairs and immediately offered us food and drinks. Giuliano, the owner, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was almost new and very comfortable, adding to our excellent experience. The breakfast was fantastic with delicious food, coffee, and fresh juice. Great value for money! We highly recommend this place for a delightful stay in Albese.

Everything is new and clean, extra points for the coding door, it was amazing. I don't have to worry about keys or cards, I love this facility. The staff was fantastic, very friendly, helpful and kind. It is the best hotel that I stayed at in Italy so far. The breakfast was delicious, the expresso was terrific and the orange juice was natural and the flavour was the best. The sandwich with cheese and ham was great and filled well, but I have to give 10 stars to the pistachio croissant it was fabulous.

The only problem I had was parking, however, it isn't the hotel's fault. I parked behind the church but on Fridays have a street fair. When we went to pick up the car the people were angry and they said I had lucky because didn't have vigiale at that moment.

Check-in process leaves a bit to be desired (go to pizzaria downstairs if you had issues like me, owned by same guys I think), no parking, although plenty of parking in street, water goes cold after few minutes... Kinda thinking 8 or 9 for the price... Went for 9 with a bit of discount.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Fabricio was an exellent host every morning welcoming us with great breakfast (tasty coffee, fresh orange juice, toasts and different kind of croisants) and big smile, making us feel so special. Thank you for it! We liked staying with you.

The hospitality of our hosts was great, loved the breakfast in front of the B&B at the square of the church. Definitely try the pistachio or pecan croissants! Bedrooms and kitchen had everything they needed and everyone was friendly with our dog!

The church bells make a hell of a noise, so be prepared

The rooms are spacious and very clean.The furniture is modern. Very nice and large bathroom. Independent check-in. Breakfast is good, with fresh OJ, pastries (and more on request) and delicious capuccino/coffee. Free parking very close.

For information, you might need to climb one or two floors to access the rooms. The B&B is located very close to an active church. If you are sensitive, bring your earplugs.

Very nice and clean place for a stay next to Como lake. Room was big and well equipped. On the third floors there is a bar where you will get Italian breakfast: Croissant and coffee! :)

A bit noise in the day time, when the bar is full of going back from work peaple. However, it's quite after 9 pm.

Nice apartment with a cafe downstairs where good breakfast is served, free parking right next to the church, friendly and quick-responding owners

The highlight of the B&B is Giuliano and the staff. Although their coffee shop from downstairs was always full, Giuliano always took the time for us to help with information, recommendations or simply to make sure that we are well accommodated. The room was spacious enough, very clean and pretty well soundproofed. A great accommodation near Como.
