Practical position, Parking attached to the hotel. Nice cafe/pizzeria (con forno a legna!) at the ground floor.

Customers staying here have a discount if they buy and consume something at the cafe. We came to know about this only the last day since nobody told us and it was not explicitly visible

Everything about the property was amazing. Very easy access during nighttime when the reception is closed and easily check in. Might be a bit confusing finding the room, however all you have to do is check which direction is the room. A 15 min ride from the airport and a 10 min walk to the city centre. Bus number 4 just outside the hotel takes you to many of the tourist spots such as the swords. Big thank you to Nima at the reception, she went above and beyond to help me with a personal problem and she recommended us many places to go. She definitely made our stay better.

There is nothing not to like

The apartment is comfortable and nice. The bathroom is spacious. The bed was comfortable as well and had a good size. The location is super good, 15 minutes walking to the center, 20 minutes to the port, and there is a supermarket 5 minutes by walking as well. In addition, the apartment is located in a nice building with a cafe (Sirkus Renaa) which was a nice surprise and added points to the stay

The only bad thing was that the shower was cold, and there wasn't enough hot water for two people to shower. The stay was in August when the temperatures were around 10 degrees, but in Winter would be impossible to take a shower.

The location was perfect,walkable distance to the city centre.The facilities,price were great and friendly staff especially Alster was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Transport to the airport was accessible and cheap by a direct bus from the hotel.

Other than too much rain on a Saturday, there was nothing not to like in Stavanger. will go back again

Excellent hotel located very conveniently just outside the city centre. Wonderful breakfast, you must try the breakfast plate, it will give you all you need for a great start of the day! Breakfast location is also simply perfect, you can seat at tables with a variety of shapes and seatings, surrounded by gorgeous smells coming from the bakery!! Room is fairly basic, but very clean and practical. Bus stop at the doorstep with excellent links to city centre, university, train station and other points of interest, I assume.

Nothing, everything was great!

The room was well organized. I had a small kitchenette in a closet sort of container. Well stocked with cooking items. The hotel was located about 15 minutes by walking from the Stavanger downtown / harbor area.

Very difficult to communicate with anyone. Tried to call - but couldn't understand the prompts and ended up talking to the receptionist in Oslo. I sent an email requesting that the room be cleaned. I was informed that I sent the e-mail to the breakfast department. Was told that cleaning the room was not possible without a extra charge. Because it was a long term stay (8 days) cleaning was not provided. I paid full rate for the room cleaning should have been included. There were not cleaning items in the room (e.g. broom, dust pan) and I didn't bring any cleaning supplies with me. A pre-made breakfast was delivered for another guest one morning. It stayed in the hall way for two days. You are pretty much on your own at this hotel. No real oversight of what is going on.

7th floor has a beautiful view of the city and beyond and sunrise. Restaurant on ground floor is very handy plus food was delicious! Coffee and pastries were also delicious and the smell of fresh pastry was divine as they prepare all there. Very clever app that makes accessing the room very easy. Paid car park right next to the hotel with good overnight rate.

Nowhere to store clothes. Maybe instead of 2 tables, add a small wardrobe. No signs of "tower" B so had to stop at reception to ask.

Excellent facility. Has a reception at the location, as well as a very nice first floor area with Pizza, drinks, and some breakfast items. Main bus line into town has a stop there. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable.

The only outlet in the bathroom only has power with the lights on. We could not make use of a nightlight which meant that late night bathroom trips were bright after switching the full lights on. A small thing, but it impacts sleep quality.

The hotel was everything we needed. The room was very nice and welcoming, We loved the big windows. Especially we loved the bathroom, the shower always had hot water. The staff was wonderful, one day it was raining and they let us borrow an umbrella for the day. Also, there is a lovely restaurant inside the hotel. We ate there breakfast and it was perfect.

The location was 15 minutes from the city centre, we didn't care we liked the walk.

lovely reception, fresh bread and great restaurant with lovely food and friendly stuff. Really nice neighbourhood, the room was spacious and clean. Overall my complaining is minor things, easily reparable if the owners wished to.

For some reason there was a shower gel but no shampoo, towels were "tired" and super small, in general the splendid comfort of the restaurant doesnt follow into the room. The breakfast start late - for someone who wants to go hiking and we couldnt buy a sandwich before 9am. The breakfast option are also a bit weird (there is no normal hotel breakfast option, but only them bringing a bag to your door in the morning). I am compaining for the sake of maybe giving few ideas for improvement, because the place is worth it.
