We had a really lovely stay! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. One of the things we really enjoyed was the beautiful plants and greenery all around the site it created such a relaxing atmosphere. To our surprise, there was an entertainment schedule throughout the day, which we hadn’t expected, and the staff running the activities were just as lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, quick check in, apartment wasn't ready when we arrived but we were able to leave our luggage in luggage room and the apartment was ready after a bite of lunch at the bar.The bar food and cocktails were ok. Bar staff very nice and cheerful.Our apartment was basic but clean, air con was a god send in lounge and one of the bedrooms,mattresses very comfy. Cleaners very obliging,emptied bins and changed towels daily,sheets changed twice in the week. They sorted out an ant problem by getting us a spray within minutes,replenished toiletries when asked.We preferred the pool at Flora Park than Aluasun as it was less busy.The Kids disco was on for 1/2 an hour each evening before evening entertainment.Attended entertainment on a few occasions acrobats and different singers it was good but didn't last long and all finished before or near to 11pm when bar closed.Very close to aquapark which was included in price of holiday.Sunbeds at aquapark £3.50 each for the day, cafe on site but food was just average.Apartments were close to well stocked supermarket with bakery, gift shops and a number of good restaurants.Would recommend the following restaurants- Bahia,Trattoria Ciao Belli,Restaurante Pizzeria Noray and Restaurante Cappricio Italiano,the views of the Marina at sunset from here were amazing.

The walk to our apartment at Flora Park with cases as check in was at the reception at aluasun lago park. No air con in 2nd bedroom. Tried buffet food one evening in the hotel but was very bland. Grandson attended kids club one day and was able to leave this unsupervised and crossed busy road to get back to us, facilitators didn't alert his mum.

Good location, easy to find parking. The aqua park was small but it had 4 big slides even for adults. Receptionist and personnel were very helpful, welcoming and cheerful. Around the apartments you have several supermarkets, restaurants (including a Burger King)

- Aqua Park not advertised or offered. When we checked in the receptionist didn't mention the free access to the Aqua Park very close to the apartments. - Cleaning could be improved, We stayed 5 days and only 1 day the floor was swept. - The kettle was full of rust, however it was replaced immediately for a new one when we took it to reception.

Ratings based on stay in the main resort complex AluaSun Lago Park (not the booked Flora, which was ok, but didn’t have the marina views and felt more of an overflow to the main complex). Location great - next to clean marina; safe and friendly; couple minutes walk from shops and restaurants. Pool and some rooms have marina views. Pool, accommodation and complex clean. Friendly/helpful staff. Breakfast good (can pay daily or upgrade when there). 2-bedroom apartments are all ground floor, with table/chairs outside. 1-bedroom apartments felt more private as on the first floor with own balcony. So pleased we stayed in Cala’n Bosch. Easy to get around - we booked mini/bus from airport to resort (around 24 euros each; took around 1 hour), and got bus to Ciutadella (frequent service, buy 2 euro ticket on bus, on return buy from kiosk near bus stop in Ciutadella. If visiting Ciutadella check opening/siesta times, as lot close for the afternoon).

Only downside was excessive cost for late checkout, particularly if an evening checkout (poss cheaper to book an extra night) - checkout was 11, any longer cost 20 euro until 2pm and after then it was 10 euro per hour. Or, there was a free luggage room next to reception, but no-where to get showered/changed (some used the facilities at the walking-distance small water park, which was free entry for those hotel guests). So pleased we stayed in Cala’n Bosch, and in the main Aluasun Lago Parc complex (rather than Flora).

My happy place. The apartments are very basic and could deffo do with some tlc however for the price I've paid on many occasions now there is nothing to complain about. New sunbeds this year which was needed and they are comfy too. The staff are friendly and helpful the location is fabulous. Will be returning very soon. If you can pay for the marina view upgrade I would highly recommend. 😁

The score could have been higher but for the fact that the shower did not work properly, there were no plugs in the apartment and the air conditioning didn't work properly. The shower eventually came off the wall. This was reported to reception.

Please note: This rating is for Alua Park Apartments as florapark was not yet in season when we arrived in May. We loved the breakfast, evening entertainment and location. The breakfast was varied, the entertainer Jose was really engaging with the children, so they loved it. There was also a kids park which was a nice space for the kids to play and meet other families. The location was excellent, right next to the harbour. The staff were also really helpful and kind, especially one of the waitresses Mabi!

There is only one washing machine and dryer for all the apartments, maybe another 1 or 2 of each would be great if possible considering families stay at the resort.

The location was great, the room was in good condition and there were 2 good pools available. Staff is also very nice!

The kitchen area inside our apartment is very outdated when comparing to the rest of the rooms. It had the bare essential. If the kitchen was a bit better it would deserve a higher rating.

Great location near the bars and restaurants in the Marina. The hotel pool, bar and entertainment were excellent and so was access to the nearby Waterpark. The apartment was plenty big enough for the two of us.

Although the apartment was very clean it is showing signs of wear and tear.

The location is perfect and service was very good! Breakfast had a fairly good variety. Fresh towels were provided everyday if needed.

The kids' pool didn't seemed to have been cleaned for the seven days we stayed there.
